Drive through, at night, staff at drive through were unpleasant, ordered oreo & mm blizzard (charged almost $6 for a small cup) for my daughter, received some sort of cookie dough concoction? My daughter was not at all happy! I thought maybe cookies & mm were at the bottom? It was dark, didnt pay attention. I should have!!! I dont eat sugary sweets, but she does. She said, no cookie, no mm's. Thrown away. This location use to be great back in the day, took the kids here for a treat. It's run down and service, as well as quality has plummeted. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location. Godspeed everyone!

Wish i could give a ZERO! Decided to give this place another chance after years of going clear to cambridge....once again food is disgusting and the nightshift employees are completely rude!!! No thank you/your welcome, have a nice night, nothing!! Rush you as soon as you pull up to the menu like they cant be bothered with customers especially if you ask for a minute to look at the menu. I work in the food business and would never treat anybody like i was treated so guess im never going back and would NEVER recommend this place!!

Decided to stop and try the food after passing it for a over a year now. Ordered 4 crispy snack wraps and one chili dog for my girlfriend and I then sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes(not normally an issue except the employees inside, were obviously more focused on having a good time rather than actually working. They were so smart as to put the chili dog on bottom making it a fresh Chili patty that went all over our bag. The wraps were not crispy at all and the texture was as if they were microwaved… the worst part, THEY WERE COLD. Not to mention they were very poorly put together as they hardly put anything in the wrap. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

New burger menu’s are awesome. Had some fresh Stack burger…yummy:)

We got pretty melted ice cream (blizzards) the service was pretty fast..but that’s average for a fast food place just pretty average overall

Well The food was horrible, very dry, crumbling bread on both burgers I received. very quiet, unfriendly, unhelpful staff quietly talking and gossiping among themselves, seemed like a bunch of high school kids with no manager to let them know how to act or do things the right way.

I would recommend frosted sugar cookie Blizzard

I've tried at least once a month for a year now and everytime it's the same cold fries dry burger with no entrees I mean no ketchup no mustard just burger and cheese I would recommend McDonald's before sending anyone to dq at least you get ketchup Dq on maple is a waste of money

Dead atmosphere but fast service. Neither friendly nor unfriendly just business oriented. Fast transaction and food was good.

We had a DQ gift card for feeding our neighbor's pets. The Heath Caramel Brownie Cupfection was new to me & so delicious! Hot fudge & caramel topping over vanilla ice cream with a tender brownie & Heath crumbles-divine!

Fast friendly drive thru with great ice cream and yummy food.

Delicious treats, quick servoce, very reasonably polite.

Went in and ordered 2 chicken strip meals. Service was terrible, I wasn’t told the food on the counter was mine and had to ask. I came back in for spoons and the sundaes I was missing and workers were very rude about the situation. I had to ask another associate for spoons because I was refused service. Overall worst experience with food service in my life

I’ve been here a bunch the only thing I could say that’s been a negative is I got a sweet tea once and some kind of error had to of occurred it’s was so bad I stopped drinking sweet tea for a time. With the 1 sweet tea disaster aside all thumbs up.

Sloppy burger went to give them a chance to make it right got door slammed in the face an received a burger with lots of Ketchup that it slipped onto my pant when asked for refund was told couldn't be done

We love Dairy Queen ice cream cakes! We order one every year for our son's birthday and we are amazed every year! Would definately recommend the Maple Ave Dairy Queen for some amazing sweet treats!

Stopped by to pick up an ice cream cake which was delicious as always. The south end Dairy Queen didn't have one so I went to the north end and they didn't disappoint.

I was frantic I wasn’t going to be able to give my son an ice cream cake for his birthday. I had called the night before and the cake decorator (forgive me I forgot her name), but she and the manager that helped me were so sweet and very helpful. I’m really appreciative of these workers, whom did an amazing job on my son’s cake. Thank you so much.

Tonight we were shorted part of our order. When I returned to the drive-thru, I was told they would make it right. As I was waiting, the person in the window handed out several bags, drinks and the Blizzard I was waiting on. Then, in the middle of a pandemic, the person in the car handed a bag, two drinks and my son's Blizzard BACK into the window. When I pulled up, the guy in the window asked if I was there for the Blizzard and said, "That will be $6.88." I asked to speak to the manager and I got a half-hearted. "Sorry." She shut the window and the guy tried to hand me out a small orange cream ice cream cone. I understand being busy, but this crew seems to be incompetent. I will most likely not be returning again. Their food is excellent, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

This has got to be the oldest Dairy Queen that I've seen recently. They do have great food and desserts. My favorite item is their Blizzard.

Food is terrible not worth the money and the Pepsi I got was completely flat and nasty and the only thing worth the dollar is the ice cream

I don't know how many times I have tried this dairy queen and they have messed up orders or not cooked food correctly. When you get fried food you expect it fried not undercooked. Fries, onion rings, cheese sticks undercooked all the time. The only thing decent there is the ice cream anymore.

This visit was okay but it has been hit or miss here lately. Twice they have given my son the wrong blizzard and it wasn't discovered until we were home and the last time I had mushrooms they were soggy and cold and the portion was pathetic to say the least. South Zanesville DQ is more reliable.

My hot fudge sundae was so melted.And all 4 of my blizzards were melted also. And what happened to cash receipt.I cant speak for others .But i wont be going back there anytime soon we had a very bad experience there.
