Delivery order placed tonight from our location (Zanesville OH,) Delivery location is less than 2 miles from our local store (maple avenue) after 45 minutes of "out for delivery" our order still has not arrived. As a former driver I can't see how this could be acceptable, as a customer I'm appalled. As a former driver for establishments in the area, I'm ashamed for the state of the industry.

Wayyy better than the pizza hut in Marietta. The server was super nice as well as the rest of the staff!

Pizza crust was so greasy that it almost fell apart on an original crust large pepperoni. It was like eating a thin crust that had been that had been soaked in grease.

We dined in for the first time in 2 years… I do have to say the food was good, fresh, and we didn’t have to wait long. The value for what we ordered ….2 Lg 1 topping pizzas, a double breadstick, 8 boneless wings, and an order of cheese sticks was poor I feel. Our bill was 70.00! The menus have no pricing, but when we order take out, it’s half this price! The dine in experience was poor. The restaurant appeared very dirty. All of the windows including interior were filthy. The salad bar ( which was not open at this time) was filthy. There were smudgy greasy fingerprints all over the glass. There was a portable Bluetooth record player sitting on salad bar playing music. It looked very tacky! The bathrooms were unkempt, we had to wipe the sticky chairs before we sat down, we were not given any silverware, the condiment shakers were sticky, and the service was mediocre. Though the food was good, everything else turned us off. Skeptical to order from there again after seeing the unkempt restaurant.

Tried calling at 11AM on a Tuesday. was put on hold immediately for 20 minutes, tried calling again, was hung up on twice. Finally get a real person who apparently doesn't like talking, I asked my question if they still offered a Buffet and was told no and then an audible sigh.

My daughter forgot her purse there and the manager went the extra mile to contact her. Food was excellent too!

Good place to eat. When dashing an order the directions send me to a street that it led us to Park bank and Starbucks coffee so we parked there and walked across.

The Pizza hut on Maple Ave is disgusting and that's even after they remodeled it a little bit the boneless wings were yummy but the pizza was disgusting the grease poured off of the pizza and I complained and he refunded us for the pizza I will Never dine in again.

Best personal pan pizza and quick service. They were still functioning during renovation. It should be beautiful when completed.

The food was great at a great temperature.. the driver who delivered it was very nice polite and made me feel very valued as a customer....

Worst pan pizza ever, we ordered two. Both were flat, thin, and white! What the....? Sparse toppings and cheese, they must be on a new budget. My wife ate one bite and said it was gross, the waitress said "we have to figure out what we are doing before we eat anymore." I haven't even tasted it yet! I told my wife to just eat it and we won't be back. Never again Maple Av. Zanesville! Next time we want a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza, we will go to Pizza Hut Wing Street in Newark.

Food was good. Dining area was very dusty, like window sills, lights above tables, and walls.

Always good, I always get lighter sauce and that makes the pan pizza flavor pop .. just my thoughts .. but it's always good here

Ordered the big box with 3 pizzas all of them were severely under cooked and doughy. They also were not hot. They were warm at best. The cheese sticks also weren't cut properly so it made tearing them super difficult. I ordered the BBQ chicken, Buffalo chicken and Supreme. I did get a few extra toppings on the BBQ but the Supreme was by far the worst. The dough was barely cooked at all and there were no extra toppings

Amazing customer service! Quality of the food is remarkable it is consistently amazing. Timing for orders is impeccable. This pizza hut is 1000x better than the one in South zanesville. Make the extra couple min trip and come to this one.

Cambridge Pizza hut was a terrible experience. Waitress was nowhere to be found customers coming in after us were leaving. Had to take glass up to counter for refills. Never had that experience before. Last time for me and my extended family

Maple hts Pizza Hut is the worse… My son took one piece I asked him if he broke it up like this he said no the slice with no cheese the cheese is on the cardboard how would that happen if the pizza was a whole made him throw it away if I could put zero I definitely would

This is one of the few Pizza Huts in our area that is still dine in with the nostalgic hut design so of course we had to eat here. Prices have gone up but so has everything else in the area so it's not exactly a shock. Everything was really good; our kiddo loved it.

I ordered food they told me it would be delivered to me in an hour food never showed up & the store won’t answer the phone.

Walked up to the door & employees standin outside the min door smoking. Went to order drinks& waitress disn know what drinks they had & no juice for kids or sweet tea.Asked for booster seats when we come in an had to ask again. Brought bread sticks and no plates.Waitress seemed a little stoned and didn't speak loud enough o hear her when she did speak.Had to ask 2 times after broght food to get plates and then only brought 2 for 4 people.HORRIBLE !!

I ordered a stuffed crust vegetarian pizza at Pizza Hut last night and it was delicious! One of the best pizzas I've had in the area!

Order accuracy is rarely correct. When they claim they "credited my account" and when I try to use said credit, only to find it doesn't exist.
