Если убрать тот негатив, хочу особо выделить порядочность и заботу со стороны всего персонала!На ресепшене-очень пунктуальные , внимательны и честные администраторы Ирина и Елена!Когда в первый раз пришла в Онколайф, меня приятно поразила чистота(спасибо мастеру чистоты) и комфортная обстановка.Кофе, чай , яблоки и конфеты(особенно те, круглые сверху))) ну здорово же, забота в мелочах, как же они важны.Комфорт и забота чувствуется везде, приятно приходить на прием , и удобно проходить саму процедуру химиотерапии. Хорошие кушеточки , телевизор, есть даже видеонаблюдение за тем, как готовят лекарства, во время химиотерапии приходит анестезиолог и следит за давлением.Ну правда видна рука человека, который любит свое дело , заботится и знает не понаслышке проблемы и нужны онкопациентов. А какие умницы медсестры!Сколько внимания, самоотдачи и заботы еще нигде не встречала.Спасибо старшей медсестре Елене Александровне и всем -всем (простите не запомнила) медсестрам которые опекали , это правда золотые люди!Благодаря таким добрым и внимательным медсестрам я и осталась в Онколайфе. Ходила на прием к прекрасному доктору гинекологу-эндокринологу Чепур Ольге. Шла целенаправленно к ней, поэтому особо не акцентировала внимание на том месте, где она принимает. К доктору претензий нет, ее компетенция на высшем уровне. А вот уровень обслуживания клиники Онко-лайф - ниже плинтуса. Начиная с хамки Виктории, которая записывала меня на прием, и заканчивая администраторами на рецепции, которые не знают как положено общаться с посетителями, здороваться, прощаться и оказывать внимание.
