By far Eden Star didn't match up to my expectations and those of many others. Wat was REALLY negative: 1) old-fashioned and dirty room (edpescially the bathroom was horrible) - 2) the evening shows were unbelievably dull for a young-adult as myself. The animators didn't put a lot effort in it. Only 21/7 (Belgian holiday) was super well done - 3) the main spoken language was French. As this place attracts an international audiance, this is a big let down - 4) the main restaurant is way too small if the hotel is full of guests & the breakfast was always poor & the choice was limited for a 4*-hotel . POSITIVE notes: 1) almost all working people were very friendly (espescially the waiters) 2) the air-conditioning in the room was superb. Key note: the hotel has got a lot of potential. It is locatex beautifully near the beach. I hope the Belgian boss invests in renovation and does something with the animation shows.

This is a 2 star hotel honestly!

The rooms are relatively older, certain parts of the bathroom need replacement or new silicone sealing. Bed was rather narrow and quite low, sleeping quality was average. Breakfast was okay, lunch and dinner were good and tasty, with a wide selection of meals. On the other hand, a la carte restaurant (aux plats canailles) was a disappointment. The sea was warm and pleasant, enough couchettes. The personnel tends to have a weaker command of English, so if you can speak French, it is a huge advantage.

please ever visit this hôtel, a catastrophic condition with an expensive price, no wifi very bad 4g connection in room, problem with bathroom, a bad climatisation, really it's my worst experience in Tunisia

Relaxed atmosphere, incredible food, and lots of it, a very nice private beach, friendly and helpful staff, clean, well-furnished rooms. Would definitely recommend the room with seaview option.

Overbooked and put into a really bad room. After many reception visits and two days finally put into good room. Also the guy at reception was completely useless but sometimes there was a lady and she was helpful.

The food was okay, but my mom got really sick. She almost had a heart attack from it, and it turned out that she ate something expired from the restaurant. They didn't even come to check on her. The service was quite bad; they don’t treat you well, only if you are a tourist. However, the location is heavenly, the beach is close, and the water is crystal clear

Extremely nice and helpful personal. Perfect family holiday. We will come back.
