È molto lontano dal centro città di Zarzis; grandi spazi comuni, interni ed esterni; hall, piscina e spiaggia privata. Perfetto per una vacanza di primavera e estate. Ho soggiornato solamente una notte a metà gennaio. Niente acqua calda. Il riscaldamento solo con un calorifero elettrico. Colazione minimale. Volevo mettere una stella, ma il dipendente del turno di notte ha cercato di aiutarmi in tutti i modi per fare arrivare l’acqua calda. È stato gentile e per scusarsi mi ha offerto un aperitivo. Sono stati scorretti il personale che mi ha accolto alle 2 pm. Non mi hanno aiutato per l’acqua e se ne sono andati per fine turno. Spero che in estate sia migliore.

Pokoj: pokoje na hotelu potřebuji rekonstrukci, hlavně koupelna (vše rezavé). Celý den ve sprše teče jenom horká voda. Nedá se absolutně sprchovat. Když máte venku 46°C moc se vám do horké sprchy nechce. Během dne museli jsme se sprchovat u bazénu v plavkách. Na recepcí bylo nám řečeno, že to opravit nejde. V našem pokoji jsme měli štěstí na klimatizaci, ale jenom pár dní po příjezdu. Při prázdném hotelu vše fungovalo výborně, ale při větší obsazenosti, už to tak krásně nefoukalo. Obsluha: Příjemný personál, snaží se vyjít vstříc. Vždy nám pomohli a vše vysvětlili. Hlavně recepční Daria, několik krát nám pomáhala a byla hodně vstřícná. Taky uklízečky uklizeli pokoj každý den. Personálu je na hotelu velký nedostatek, ale vždy se snažili vše stihnout a napravit. Jídlo: Malý výběr, nestíhali vařit. Po 4 dnech, jsem přestala chodit na snídaně a večeře. Většinou to bylo kuře nebo junior na různé způsoby a těstoviny. Tolik těstovin jsem za celý život nesnědla jako za tento týden. Moře: První dny moře a pláž byli čisté. Voda je neskutečně teplá a příjemná. Lehátka výborné. Vždy jsme měli místo, nikdy s tím nebyl problem. Fakt jsem si to užila. Do vody berte boty, jsou tam špičaté kamínky ve vodě. Poslední 2 dny se nešlo koupat, přišli bouřky a pláž byl celý zasypán řasy. Čekalo se na vyčištění. Jinak v resortu je docela velký bazén, kde se dá přežít místní vedra. Zábava: Žádná. Každý večer v 21 hod. začínalo mini disko a následně hrály stejné písničky celý týden. Na diskotéku jsme chodili do vedlejšího hotelu.

Good service, very kind people to help you, i dont really recommend this place becase rooms are very bad, no ac, no view at sea, no hygien (towel,soap).
