The 3 stars are only awarded thanks to the good food quality. The service is terrible, unhelpful and has some sort of preference over people who speak Flemish. My reservation was requesting a child seat. Upon arrival they informed me that there is no child seat available in the restaurant. Instead of at least accommodating the needs for an extra seat on the table, they squeezed us in the middle of 2 more tables with 10 cm distance in between. We were also 2 pregnant women and no accommodation of our space needs was done. So pregnant women and families with children - do not go there. The service was slow in taking the order, our neighbors who got there 20 after us got their food 30 minutes before us. No attempt to help with menu translation was made even after requesting it. Every time waiters were coming to our table, they deliberately spoke Flemish which nobody spoke. This is not a type of behaviour I expect from a Michelin star restaurant. Highly disappointed and not recommending it.

I cannot say I was impressed with the food and neither were the other guests with whom I shared the table. Perhaps for someone who is really very much into meat, it might be a good choice. However, there are much better restaurants in Zaventem, so have a good look around before chosing where to eat. To be honest, for the prices, we expected a little better.

Good quality meat but also really pricy. For the money you pay the meat portions are a bit too small.

Went there on Thursday evening with a reservation. Took them almost 50 mins to serve us food when the restaurant was not busy. I requested medium rare but got well done dry meet…completely not satisfy.

Amazing meat. The chef suggestion was spot on. Enjoyed every bit of it.

Basically advised what special was and did not seem to give any other choice. One of my colleagues wanted something else but was advised same cut as special. Only had main course and took over 1 hour to arrive. Thankfully, the meal was perfect.

Great steak restaurant and still possible to eat a very good steak including fries, some salad, sauce and a pair of Belgium beers for two, for well below 100 euros.

A truely premium quality restaurant. I chose the best thing you could ask for, the black angus ribeye. Fantastic. By no means your average restaurant. On a side note, I'm a 15 year piano/guitar player, and their music playlist was amazing. From beginning to end, literally only premium soul music. The decoration also looks way above average. I'm a very difficult food enthusiast, but I will absolutely come back. Please people, don't waste your money on boring average steak. Go here! And taste what real good grilled premium beef tastes like. Black Angus>Simental>Rubia. Definitely pricey, but you can't expect these high grade beefs to be cheap for the restaurant either. Overall an experience that will leave you smiling and amazingly satisfied.

It was my first visit to this restaurant. Upon entering we were greeted. After a short wait an excellent appetizer of pate and fresh bread arrived. I could have made a meal just with this. There is a large range of meat from several countries to choose from. I found the meal excellent and my steak was cooked to perfection. Service was very good. I will return and can highly recommend this establishment.

The meet which I ordered was amazing. Delicious, tasty and very soft. However, I would appreciate if the staff asked more frequently for serving of new drinks.

Let's start by saying the food was exquisite. Their meat selection is really something. Small remark on the serving time. It took them one hour from ordering to serving the dish. Other than that very good food and experience!

In this place they have the best meat in the world( and we’ve traveled a lot). They are to the point and always fresh. Clean place and nice waiters. We’ve been already hundreds times and we’ve never been disappointed. If you want to have the best steak 🥩, Bovis is the place to be.

Great food and even better wine. The chateaubriand was tremendous. Will absolutely visit here again when on business 😅

The steak was the best I ever had. The staff was friendly and my crème brûlée des home-made. If you are looking for a romantic atmosphere though, it might not be the right place for you. As u can see 5 week dry aged medium rare steak looks perfect. Also, well-done steak is not allowed in the restaurant.

Great steak and fries, great fries actually. Menu only in Dutch but staff is happy to explain in English or French. Wide selection of cuts from around Europe and the US. Nice modern decor. Prices are decent for what you get, for two people you can pay under a 100 if you don't drink too much. Better make reservations. Would go back.

The meat is absolutely fantastic, best I've ever had. It's just that that's also it, the side dishes like some salad and other greens show an enormous difference in quality, but then again, if you go here, you're going for the meat. The waiters are great and parking's around the corner. Only minus is that it does get pricey pretty quickly if you're with more people, but hey, everything for great meat amirite.

This place is Excellent! Emphasis on the meat, and the service was excellent! Pasqual, one of the chefs, was very friendly and helpful. I came away impressed and satisfied. Locals come here, and is not touristy. You start off with bread, butter, and pate. Your steak comes with ALL sauces (red wine, bearnaise, and pepper corn), salad, and Fries (cooked in beef fat 🤤)

I have been here 20+ times this year and I will come back again when I’m back in Brussels. I have tried pretty much all options on the menu, and despite the fact that once (any only once) I have been served zesrib instead of entrecôte and it was half burned, I still deeply in love with the place and I think they deliver some of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Simmenthal entrecôte is the favorite

Accidental walk-in but what a happy surprise, great service, delicious food, meat!!! Oh and a nice place too. I'll be back to quote some Austrian-American guy.

Excellent place for an amazing steak. The meat is cooked very close to perfection. The wine collection is also very impressive. As for the desert, try the Sabayon! I would highly recommend to make a reservation, bogh for lunch and for the dinner.

You cannot have this quality meat just in shops or butchers we buy. Good job.
