Beware of false advertising- there is no airport shuttle (apparently they did not update the website post-Covid). There is also no bar/dining area as advertised. There is no elevator- so be wary of coming here with heavy luggage, children. Room was not clean. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Be aware that the front desk is open only until 23:00 which is not communicated to the guests in any possible way. They purposely allow late night reservations so they can get paid for service they don't provide. No one ever bothered returning out emails or phone calls. They just don't care if you are stuck in the middle of the night in front of their locked door. This is very misleading not to mention that it is illegal to take money for services never provided. Unbelievable :(

I stayed here on Oct 25th for one night. The room is quite big room #110 as is the bathroom and shower. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It's a little over 4km to the Airport yet it was really quiet and peaceful. The young lad working the counter was really helpful in advising the best way to get to the airport. I wanted to book a taxi in advance but the cheapest I could find was 38 euros which absolutely outrageous. My cousin called from Amsterdam before we left for the hotel and they said they had a local guy for 15 euros. That's much better so when I got to the hotel I tried to book this, and the young lad advised the best way to get to the airport is by public transportation. Bus #659. Which runs directly to the airport, it took 20 minutes and less than 3 euros. 75 euros for a clean room with a queen size bed, and a 20 minute bus ride Seems like a no brainer to me versus staying closer to the airport.

No warm water, some non-working small items like broken mechanism on a window and a sink plug etc. The room for nonsmokers unfortunately had a strong smoking smell. Other than that the room and bad is clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and responsive though.

Good for one day stay. friendly staff, free parking, safe location, generally clean. No elevator (3rd floor), no air conditioning in the room. No refrigerator. Shower room has some mold and needs repair. There is a bathtub.

Hotel cancelled our 3 reserved rooms at the last minute and without notice. We found out while checking in after a long drive and ahead of an early morning flight. What a lack of courtesy and professionalism! The lady at the front desk was nice but couldn't do anything as the owner didn't care about the problem he created!

After touring the EU for 28 days I found this hotel next to the Brussles airport. I was allowed to check into my room 6 hours early and was provided breakfast. The staff here is great and the rooms were clean with a great shower. The front desk was also helpful in getting a taxi that could accomdate my baggage to the airport. Hobbit Hotel helped to recharge my batteries before the long flight home to Portland Oregon USA. I can't speak highly enough about the hotel and the staff.

I love this hotel! Each time I need to be close to the airport for a flight I don't hesitate and book a room here each and single time. Rooms are spacious, cute and very clean. I definitely recommend Hobit Hotel. Special shout out to the receptionist Amir who always welcomed me royally!

People in the lobby are very kind and honest. They are open to help and explain you what you need in Brussels. They are the best. And about the hotel is perfect if you travel in car because they have parking for free. The room is enough big and with a confortable large bed, and the bathroom was clean, with a bath and hot for make your night enough confortable, specially on winter.

A room without neighbor is super. Room with neighbor is realy bad. You hear everything they doing or saying. You even hear what the other person saying when they are talking in phone.. breakfast coast 12 Euro, but It's not worth it. You are allowed to take cofie and teeeven if you not bying breakfast. That's really good. The room have water boiler and that's really good. Beds are nice.

Excellent place, cozy, quiet, the only thing missing was a minibar in the room, it's strange that no one is there at night, but the place itself is very quiet, clean, organized

I booked a room in this hotel only for one night as I was getting there late at night from the air port and leaving early in the morning for another flight. At 11pm they were close without any telephone number to call to, no signs on what to do. REALLY BAD OPTION

During my stay the whole day I saw only one person in this place, the lonely figure on the counter. He was continuously talking on the phone. Also, he informed me, there would be nobody to contact after 8 PM even in case of any emergency. This place has got a somewhat haunted, clinically lonely atmosphere. Not very enjoyable to me .

Stayed there for a night. A very nice family owned hotel with very welcoming staff. The room was spacious and good for it's price. The place also offers B&B and free parking for the guests of the hotel. The Receptionist/One of the owners was very friendly and kind, and even recommended us a lovely local Italian restaurant to have dinner at. This kind gesture of his practically saved our evening, as we were having a not so pleasant time in Brussels. If we ever go back to Brussels we are definitely staying there again. 😊

We stayed at the Hobbit hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was very comfy and quiet and the staff was very friendly 😊 the breakfast was good as well! Would definitely recommend. It's close to the Atomium and there's a bus stop near the hotel. 🌻

Horrible. Surprised they don't charge by the hour. Front desk person was nice, that's about it. Room didn't look like it was cleaned. Carpet badly stained. Bathroom cleaning was suspect. Window screens stored in the room? Wi-Fi is essentially non-existent. Nothing nearby so we walked one km to a restaurant that wasn't opened. Finally got some prepared food at a convenience store. No refrigerator or microwave in the room, so you eat it cold and drink it warm. Also no air conditioning, so you risk your safety with open windows on the ground floor that open to a dirt parking lot. But keeping the drapes closed stops the flow of fresh air. And noisy. If you want to sleep, this isn't the place for you. We were next to the exit door and all night the door banged and the room shook. If you want a cheap room, that's what it is. But you'll have to pay 10 to 15 euros each way to the airport. Spend a bit more for a clean, safe hotel in a good location.

Worst hotel experience ever! I got kicked out from the hotel. My hotel room was smelling like cigarette smoke on the first day. The second day they accused me of smoking! I argued that I was not smoking. They did not believe me and finally they kicked me out from the hotel. Very rude staff!

Mixed bag. Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and reasonable pricing. However, although the rooms were very clean, there was also mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Furthermore, in the morning our whole room smelled of sewer.

Very close to the airport, good place to stay for a night for transit. We had to call when we arrived(9pm), no one was in the counter. But very nice staffs.

Cost/benefit ratio is fine! Friendly welcome, rather spacy room, breakfast @12€(did not take it). Very easy reach from airport(Uber 9€). Would stay again. To find an open restaurant nearby for a meal is difficult during Corona-times!
