    I've eaten here a few times when awaiting my flight, and... well, it's not great. I had the stew and fries, which was sufficient for a quick snack before the flight, but it's annoying to have to ask for condiments (especially when waiters like to drop the plate then scuttle off quickly). The beer's okay, but pricey - given it's an airport. Last time I visited here I ordered tomato soup (with meatballs) plus a pot of tea, and although the soup came quickly my waiter seemed to busy himself over at a far counter, leaving me wondering where the tea went. Eventually I flagged down another waiter (they spend much time chatting amongst themselves and getting on with other work; serving customers seems to be secondary to them) and pointed out I was missing a drink - but the waiter seemed to think I wanted to place an additional order. It finally arrived, but I had to ask for milk, too - there seems no sensation of checking up with diners here. Frankly, you could do better elsewhere... and after an uninspiring third visit, I may look to go somewhere else instead.

    Extremely dissatisfied with this place. We sat down we ordered but out of the blue we were not allowed to eat our own sandwiches. Which I get, but what I don't get is the rudeness of addressing your customers. They didn't remembered if we ordered, like 2 minutes after ordering. And they needed to see the receipt again. They had 2 more tables so the place was actually empty. Sad to get this service in such a big airport. Get your game together and be NICE!

    I dined during lunch while waiting for a flight on March 28th, 2022. The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the food was just ok with slow service. The food choices were very limited as the delivery of fresh ingredients, including meats, were, according to the staff, not delivered to the restaurant. How they have communicated to us was pretty rude. Also, one of their staff was more busy chatting with his colleague in French: he even made a very unprofessional remark about my mother, who came to have a nice lunch with me before my flight back to Sweden. When he realised we understood French, he didn’t apologise but started to compliment how young my mom was, etc. In addition, it was pricey for what you get. Therefore, I won’t recommend this place to people who care about food quality, and the least expectations of restaurants workers are to be polite and caring.

    Better than your average Airport restaurant... Good food; poor service. I paid 22 Euro for a steak Tartare and a bottle of sparkling water - and yes, the food was fresh and tasty (picture below) - and nicely presented in a good atmosphere. But... getting the attention of the servers after the initial order requires a lot of effort... and they politely declined the Coffee Gourmand order (I guess too much work - no real reason given). So yes, I'll try again, hoping for the same food experience, and better service.

    if you get to the airport and your plane gets delayed, 5 hours in my case, then it must have destination (better than airport lounges for sure) good beer selection, good matching food and very friendly team 😉

    Amazing breakfast, great view and vibe, inside the airport close to Terminal B. 3rd Floor. Staff are friendly and nice. Kudos.

    Service was extremely unorganized and slow. No warning ahead at all that it takes >1h to get your food. The waiter forgot to bring a water we ordered. The sauce option for the steak had run out and it was informed me only when the meal arrivied to the table. I had to personally ask if I’d get another sauce as if they expected I wanted to eat the steak with no sauce at all. Eventually I had to ask where my sauce was from 2 different waiters while my steak was getting cold in front of me. They also forgot to bring two out of three side salads with the meals. This restaurant is a disgrace to the airport. I’ve never seen anything this chaotic anywhere.

    Good experience while waiting for departure, since we had really little time to have lunch. Service is very rapid and personnel attending clients is polite and accurate. Good food and prices in line with the offer. I can recommend it for quick snacks and lunch without expecting a gourmet dinner that would be difficult in this context.

    Food is good, waiter nice. Other staff don’t like their job. Also why they refuse food orders before 12.00 exactly. Weird place.

    Trilogy plate was very good overall. The meatballs needed to be cooked longer as they were colder than the sauce. 2nd time here. Would still come back and order different items every time. If staying at the airport hotel, this place is half the cost.

    Run away from this place, you can find much better inside the terminal. Cappuccinos (5,4€ / cup) are mostly water, and it took 20 minutes to get them even if the place is rather calm. The place survive thanks to the poor tourists who gets scammed in here…

    We arrived to the airport early because we still needed to eat dinner. This restaurant looked good and we found a nice place to sit. Close to us was a large group of about 25 people. The waiter came over and helped with the menu and then left again. When he came back to take our order, he said that it would be at least an hour (!) before the food would be able to be prepared because of that big group. He was unwilling to offer any alternatives and just said sorry. He did not even know what we wanted to eat or offer for our food to be prepared in between the meals for the big group. This restaurant does not seem to realize that they are in an airport where people have flights to catch. Seating a giant group and then holding everything up because of that group needing dinner, is not acceptable. This is extremely bad customer service and we will never visit this restaurant again.

    Hopeless. When we arrived at 10 am to have a coffee we were not allowed to sit on the nicer side of the restaurant “because it’s reserved for lunch”. Saying that we would eat we were told the kitchen only opens at 11. Need I say any more? HALF of the restaurant remains vacant for a full hour before it’s possible to eat.... So we left. We came back later to have lunch and were immediately questioned by the same girl about our choice of side of the restaurant “would we be eating?” No one came to take our order for 15 minutes (that in an airport). I went to the cashier, she said she would come. No one appeared for another 5 minutes. I went to a waiter who was preparing an order to be snooted at by this young man “can’t you see I’m preparing an order”. After biting his head off for being an a*hole he did manage to get “our” girl to serve us (that in the empty “fancy side” of the restaurant). If I wasn’t used to the terrible service culture in Brussels I might be shocked but sadly this is the norm. The only good thing was that the food came out quickly and it was fine - nothing special but edible. Unsurprisingly totally overpriced. But then there’s not much choice before departures so until someone shuts this place down and finds something worth having I’m afraid we’re stuck with this very poor only option for a hot dinner this side of the security barrier. Belle Belge, not so much

    Bitter burnt bad tasting cappuccino with no coffee flavor, then again in the 4 days in Belgium could not get a decent cappuccino, not like in Netherlands where you almost always get a good flavor and tasting cup of coffee.

    Went to have a coffee but when we chose to sit near window we were told to choose another table if we are not going to order meal. We felt offended and left.

    Service is Ok, food we asked for the traditional Flemish stew and the flavour was strong and not great, plus the quality of the meat was bad… they advice is a super good quality but the mest has a lot of fat and was impossible to eat completly… Not comming back, we couldnt finish the meat… was so bad :(
