They never get it right. Seriously. If you're not messing up how I've ordered and paid for my food, you don't know ow how to cut anything properly so that it doesn't go all over my car when trying to eat it. Smh. You didn't even try..... So messy it all fell out, both of them, then I had nothing to eat.

Fairly quick service and decent food but they were out of mountain dew, pepsi, and baja blast. Very disappointing as Baja Blast is the main reason to go to Taco Bell.

Taco Bell always has good food for fast food places. This restaurant is brand new and the service was quick and friendly also.

Probably the best Taco Bell I've been to in my life. While the cuisine (😳) was "high average" and the atmosphere "status quo", the service was amazing and full of smiles! Thanks ladies!

It was just before 6:30 pm and there were a total of 4 people waiting for food. 1 of them was a to-go order. One other person ordered food after me. 20 minutes to get my order of 3 crispy tacos, a bean burrito and an order of cinnamon bites. Unbelievable. This is supposed to be fast food. If I wanted to wait this long I'd have gone to a regular sit down restaurant. I looked and there was nobody in the drive thru. The guy behind me just got his order before me. What a joke. Waste your money elsewhere.

Service is always fast and courteous. I have never found another fast food place that always has everything on the menu no matter the time of day or night.

Normally I like this Taco Bell and I've always gotten good service. But the 3rd shift that has started there needs to up there game a lot or act like adults I say this because I went and ordered a quesadilla meal and waited got my drink and proceeded to watch the 2 adults scream in the store back-and-forth with each other and what looked like they had a little bit of a food fight. Then waited for my food longer. And then the guy opens the window. Looks at me and is like what what did we forget. What are you waiting on? Like my food and he was like oh and then obviously was embarrassed and sent his co-worker, which was a female to hand me my food which was made very sloppy. And I say that because Taco Bell food. We all know what it looks like and for me to say that it looks Sloppy it says a lot about that Taco Bell. You can go here. I'm not saying it's bad. But I would probably go during like breakfast, lunch ,early dinner. Third shift might be okay depending on who's working, take your chances. But all in all, I'll see in time. Because I do live close to this Taco Bell. And I will be visiting it quite often so we'll see if they up their game. And I change my review till then 🤔 all around

Was looking for some late night food after being on the road all Day. Was happy to see a 24 hour tacobell so I went a bit out of the way to get some only to find out that they were not open. Nothing worse than being lied to when you're hungry :(

Do not go here if you actually want what you order... went through the drive thru after work ordered paid and after i got my food I checked the bag and realized they gave me the wrong food. Went back to the speaker and tried to explain that she put the wrong food down for my order and she got hostile said I was yelling at her which l most definitely was not ( I have a witness) and wouldn't respond anymore. Absolutely unacceptable

I've been to Taco Bell a few times in my life, but this location in Holland is by far the best. The service is always fast and friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. I recently went there for lunch with my daughter and we were all very impressed. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and our food was ready in no time. We all ordered different things, and everything was cooked perfectly. The tacos were crispy, the burritos were packed full of filling, and the cheesey quesadillas were melted and gooey. We were all so happy with our food and service that we decided to come back for dinner with the rest of the family I highly recommend this Taco Bell to anyone looking for a quick and delicious meal. The service is top-notch, and the food is always fresh and delicious.

Traveling for work from Ky, and our hotel is Avid next to this location. We got here at 11pm with a truck and 43ft trailer… they had the lobby closed, and then wouldn’t take a walk up order… our only solution was to unhook the trailer across the street to be able to get dinner after a long day of driving. Will never eat here again. Lady at the window said she was a manager, heavy set girl with braces as she didn’t have a name tag on.. probably because she has been the rudest fast food manager I have ever came across.

went there tonight and there was no one in the drive threw besides me and im assuming 3 workers, they missed 2 items on the order and put sour crème in items we did not ask for it.. just do your job

I have been through the drive through a few times and most of the employees are nice except for a few who literally are so fast paced you can't even put your card down to grab your food before they're onto the next person.

Decent food. Drive thru is hard to communicate. Some of my order seemed old and dry.

Placed a mobile order for inside the note on the door said “only mobile orders inside” I walked in, I’m gonna assume the manager started to yell to me that I must go thru the drive thru and I said that I have a mobile order like the sign says and she then proceeded to talk down to me and tell me to go outside. I went to the bathroom first and could hear the manager and co workers telling more customers to go outside and after laughing and talking bad about them. Overall never come to this place during busy hours
