Had bad experience few days ago, l booked car month and half before , owner told me car is in good shape, but wasn’t, then he told me that white pasat 8 was 2019 and actually was 2008 which is big difference, then when he brought car l checked a little bit,was good lesson for me in future to check everything because after 2-3 hr l notice bottom of car was broken and one part was hanging down , l did call owner he brought me money back but for few hours that l didn’t even move the car from my apartment he charged me 40€ , which l belive is not fair this is not a way how keep a customers , car was broken car was 2008 not 2019 like he said originally plus l booked everything months ago,ridiculous and unprofessional, and yes he offered me two options skoda rapid which l didn’t like at all , and Hyundai Tuscan which was double price compare with pasat what l want , by the way l had all our conversation screenshot and l telling the true, and l have witness that he can confirm everything what l said , l wouldn’t recommend anyone this renta car

We make a rent for 6 days from Zenica, and leave the car to Sarajevo Airport. Reasonable cheap price and high quality car and communication with management. We also cross the border to Montenegro with this car the was no problem. If you are around Sarajevo it's perfect place for renting. Thanks to AD Rent a Car, wish you best.
