Old school interior, but very clean. Did get some insect bites from the night though, I hope it is not bedbugs...

Sure its old, but the staff were friendly, the location is good and I enjoyed my stay. Beds are hard, its one thing they could for sure improve - otherwise loved some of the retro interiors.

One of the worst hotel I had visited.... very worst behaviour I had seen here from hotel staff. Especially hotel manager, she didn't provide proper food. And overall my experience in this hotel like hell.

This hotel should not have 3 stars. Ever. It’s a great bulding but it’s totally neglected. The facilities were old and molded so showering was not what I would call nice experience… Both night lamps were broken. Sheets are clean but with holes and bed is really hard. Walls are so thin that I was hearing all the conversations from the other room. Windows has ripped sunscreen foil on it which looks like the glass would be broken. Breakfast is fine, you can get a cheese sandwich with some tomato and fried egg but coffee and so called juices… just awful.. It could be a great hotel, just next to the main square but it needs a full renovation, especially the rooms. Until then it can be used just as 1 star hostel recommended for 1 night. Ah and something bit me during the night. I don’t think it was a beg bug (hopefully) but still, leaves a unpleasant mark.

you get what you pay for. nothing more and nothing less. Very nice staff. Excellent location. The room — while obviously a bit used and rusty— was almost perfectly clean, which is key, honestly. I thought there would be breakfast included, which was not the case, but we didn’t mind. That’s my mistake — I should’ve looked into it. I was surprised to find that there was no hair dryer in the bathroom, which kinda sucks, but whatever. There was no minibar either, which sucks a bit more. But still — nevermind. There’s a bar at the reception. The hotel building obviously isn’t exactly in best shape, which is particularly sad considering how beautiful the building is. I love me some brutalism. Sue me. Overall, you get exactly what you pay for — nothing more or less. And that, for me, works perfectly fine as far as one night hotel stays go.

This Hotel is not 5 star Hotel, is quite cheap, so nothing much to complain about the "old fashion style" room or building. Some of the staff there is nice and friendly, but for sure not all of them. The date I am checking out, someone knock my door before checking out time. I ask the reception, she say maybe it's the cleaning lady, she told me she don't know why. I told her is not appropriate for cleaning lady do that. It is very rude that they knock your door before checking out time and want to clean your room, is like they are kicking you out. But the reception just don't care say, "ok, I will told her " after I asking her. But I am sure she won't do it. If you do not stay too long, you will be lucky to meet the friendly staff, but if you are not lucky, you will meet that unfriendly and arrogant staff here.

The member of staff on duty on the morning of the 18th May was really really helpful and assisted us in getting our clothes dried. Corridor on 5th floor had a really musty weird smell.

A reminder: this is clearly an hotel for 1, maximum 2 nights. So, it's clear that the hotel needs a renovation. It looks as if it's stuck in 1980's Czechoslovakia: that does not mean that the hotel couldn't be like that, but sure would benefit from a renovation that could, still, leave that 80's communist style. As for the staff, I have nothing to stay, the receptionist was cordial and the check-out process was quick. Regarding the room, there are some negative aspects to highlight: the bed was quite strong, but comfortable. The TV should be improved, as it looks like a 1980's deep tv, with bad quality. The windows are covered in a plastic that looks like broken glass but only makes looking outside almost impossible. The bed sheets had one hole, and there was no mini-bar provided. Regarding the bathroom: the towels provided are fine and well-cleaned, but there it lacks shampoo, so I had to wash my hair with shower gel. There is no available piece to hold the shower hose, and no hairdryer - which is a huge inconvenience. I would warn the staff to take a look at the elevators, because whenever you push for a floor downwards, the elevator mechanism gets you 1 floor up first, and you still need to push the button again. Finally, breakfast: it's good for the price paid. A sufficient variety of both edibles and beverages, and a nice quiet place to eat. I would only note something: it's probably better to change the ambience music of the room to a more relaxing type instead of pop/rock.
