Firstly, I do not think quality of this hotel is worth the price. There should definitely be more emphasis on cleaning hotel rooms, I found significant shortcomings. Everything is very nice. Would be 5 stars but the scrambled eggs at breakfast everyday may as well be soup! So watery. 🍳

This hotel was average for the price. It needs a major update. The rooms have very outdated colors and furnishing and felt old. That said, it felt comfortable and it was clean. There is plenty of parking and the front desk people were helpful and kind. We did wait too long for housekeeping to come make up our extra bed but once she arrived it worked and she was very nice. We would stay again if we needed a room in the area and couldn’t find a small local hotel.

Hotel is very nice. One of nicest we visited actually on our business trips. Hallway is big with couple of oldtimers parked inside. It is calm and quiet. Rooms are nice, cosy and quiet. Modern style. Parking outside is also very big with lot of empty spaces. Food is very nice, rooftop bar is perfect for a beer or drink. Breakfast is very good and so much to choose from. Good work...

Very good location and overall hotel, but the rooms were really really hot as you entered, I had to have the window always open. Other than that good bar and restaurant. Recommended.

We went there with the cycling club and were very hungry after a long ride. The vegan option was gnocci with (milk) cream sauce. Desert was ok (fruits). After dinner we went to a restaurant in town and had a pizza. Breakfast was ok. Very large room, friendly employees.

OK. This hotel is beginning to show its age. Staff spoke English. Exterior windows dirty. Only one single blanket was provided for a double bed. Quality of toilet paper lower than expected.

Das Hotel wurde offensichtlich neu renoviert und ich habe ein sehr schönes Zimmer (ich denke ein Upgrade) erhalten. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und optimal! Das Extrabett war leider nicht so toll, es war nicht stabil was aber kein Problem war, weil das Sofa groß genug zum Schlafen für die 3. Person war. Die Frühstückauswahl ist in Ordnung und die Rezeption sehr freundlich. Der Spa Bereich ist Top!! Leider muss man dafür extra bezahlen. Es gibt einen Rabatt für Hotelgäste, es wäre aber nett gewesen, den Preis für Mitglieder mit Status zu streichen. Trotzdem war der Aufenthalt sehr toll! Auch wenn die Stadt selbst nicht sehr aufregend ist.

Großzügiges Zimmer mit großer Fensterfront, Klimaanlage, modernes Badezimmer, Dusche in der Badewanne. Sehr leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Freundliches Personal. Spa-Besuch nicht mehr inklusive (10€ für 2 Std). Wg. Sperrung der Gleisunterführung ist aktuell der Fußweg in die Stadt ca. 10 Minuten weiter (neue Gleisunterführung beim Bahnhof).

Nice hotel which is very easy to access by car with a private parking lot. Due to major renovation work at the train station (june 2023), you will have to do a little detour to get to the town center. But it us only an additionnal 5 minutes walk.

At the outskirts of the city, so walking to the center is a bit of a drag. The rooms are nice and clean, the restaurant offers good food but at a pretty steep price.

It was very hot in room. AC system is bad. We get steak we couldn't cut it. But everything else is just perfect 🥰

Price for the room is not adequate to different Hotels and there is nearby train rail which Is sometimes loud. But to be positive rooms are good for rest and breakfast godtier.

Great hotel : 5mins walk from train station, massive rooms with views, comfortable beds, lots of amenities in the bathrooms (incl. Sewing kit and shoe polish !!). Breakfast was excellent, the SPA, bar and pool with 360 view on the 10th floor are the cherry on the cake !

Very clean and modern hotel with bit of local twist. Breakfast is one of the best I've seen on this level of hotels. Roof bar has nice view over the city.

Excellent stay, beautiful rooms, very clean, superb breakfast and friendly staff. Also the fitness centre on the 10th floor is out of this World with amazing views over the surrounding countryside. We've been coming here over the years and I highly recommend.

Kind reception - They use easy english and slowly talk for asian someone like me. Few classic cara displayed in lobby, very good to view. Room condition is normal, but sigthly good than other holyday inn that I visited other country. Bathroom is simple, amenity is.... it's holiday inn. Easy parking place, close mart - 3 min with walking, nice bar. I can recommand here.

nice rooms, amazing view from wellness, quite good fitness. very helpfull staff. cleaning lady walk all hotel to provide me coffe bag, receptionist arrange earlier check-in. only breakfast not too amazing.

Overall it was a good stay. They even offered to change my room when I experienced some problems with ants! Breakfast is OK but nothing spectacular. They should pay more attention in some details related with cleanliness!

Fantastic food and a good service.

Clean and comfortable room, close to city center as well as to river for some walk, bike or run. Tea pot in the room, good TV. Comfortable and big double bed, 1 common blanket. Staff is very nice and helpful, always try to satisfy the needs of guests. Thai massage available in wellness center was amazing. Hotel has no dedicated room to keep bicycles, but they can manage. Windows in the room cannot stay open for the night because of trains switching the rails close by and making big noise. Common blanket is a nice feature, but it is the same size as the beds, which is not so comfortable, should be at least 40 cm wider otherwise the width of the bed cannot be fully utilized. Coffee in the breakfast is not great, not terrible, would expect more in such a place. Anyway, generally it is very good and comfortable 4 star hotel, probably one of the best in Zilina.
