I
ordered
a
cold
brew
with
cold
foam
less
ice,
toasted
Avocado.
But
I
didn’t
get
what
I
paid
for.
The
lady
was
combative
and
no
customer
service
experience.
I
was
waiting
for
my
drink,
and
she
was
like
anything
else.
I
showed
her
my
receipt
and
asked
nicely.
I
ordered
a
cold
foam,
and
she
put
whipped
cream
not
much
of
what
was
left
of
the
can.
She
explains,
“the
only
difference
is
the
cold
foam”
from
what
she
initially
gave
me.
I
kindly
said.
“Usually,
the
drinks
at
the
other
Dunkin
donuts
don't
look
like
this.”
The
“toasted
avocado”
wasn't
toasted.
I
get
it,
I
work
in
high-end
restaurants,
and
it's
busy,
but
you
have
to
give
the
customer
what
they
paid
for.
Never
coming
back
again,
and
they
don't
even
deserve
a
star.
The
cold
brew
tasted
like
burnt
coffee
and
little
to
no
foam.
