🤠🤗👍👍👍👍👍This restaurant is better than some of the other Dunkin Donuts I have been to. They still have the smoothies and the sandwiches are actually better here. The coffee also has a better taste, they make it a bit stronger and it's much more flavorful.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I'm not one to leave reviews let alone bad ones, but every time I go to this location something is wrong. Like my last interaction for example. There wasn't even a long line but it took forever to just make the order. Which doesn't make sense because apparently the kitchen was closed and they didn't have what seemed like half their items. On top of all of that I also go the wrong order, They are always either missing something or the order is wrong. I'm just going to go to CJ's from now on.

If I could put zero stars I would, countless mistakes, had to go back three times to get my order right, employees don't listen and recently hair or an eyelash was in my food. Will never go here again.

Drive through was busy when I got here and front counter was unmanned. After the window slowed down it still took them a good 10 min before I was acknowledged. There were 5 employees in the store when I was there.

3/9 @10:32. I ordered a cold brew with cold foam less ice, toasted Avocado. But I didn’t get what I paid for. The lady was combative and no customer service experience. I was waiting for my drink, and she was like anything else. I showed her my receipt and asked nicely. I ordered a cold foam, and she put whipped cream not much of what was left of the can. She explains, “the only difference is the cold foam” from what she initially gave me. I kindly said. “Usually, the drinks at the other Dunkin donuts don't look like this.” The “toasted avocado” wasn't toasted. I get it, I work in high-end restaurants, and it's busy, but you have to give the customer what they paid for. Never coming back again, and they don't even deserve a star. The cold brew tasted like burnt coffee and little to no foam. See picture.

Tried again after stopping 9 months ago because of issues and nothing much has changed. Did mobile order and went in and waited then finally stood at counter Leaning over to see what they may have waiting at was able to get some attention. Showed the lady my number and she looked at what was behind the counter and it was the order except the coffee and other stuff and she stated they don't have the flavor requested so she made something else. No problem, Get home and find the other hot foot that was sitting waiting was not entirely correct.

I've been to this place three times in the last three weeks. I have yet to get what I wanted to get because of something that was on the menu that they were out of or because they gave me items I didn't order. Good luck getting what you want if you go here. This is the only Dunkin Donuts that is close to the hospital I've had appointments at so I'll keep trying. One week later. Just to update the first review. I visited this place again. I ordered and got a donut and OJ. They actually had both items and got the order right. Fortunately I always remember to ask for napkins at this place because there weren't any in the bag. Not even a wax paper wrap for the donut. I hope whoever filled the order was at least wearing gloves. Four cars ahead of me in the drive thru and it was a 15 minute wait. Luckily I had an hour between doctor appointments so I wasn't in a hurry. We'll see what happens next week. I added one star because they got the order right and the donut was still a Dunkin donut and very good.

Both times I have been there my order has been wrong. Since I order thru the app and someone else picks it up, there isn’t much I can do. My order is very simple….cold brew, medium, 1 pump of sugar. How can you not get that right?

The line was long today. Any size coffee is two dollars from 2-6 p.m. There was a bit of a wait. The young man at the window had the best attitude. He was so nice and friendly. His name was José. It was my first time at this location but I will definitely be coming back soon. Thanks José. Keep up the great work!👍 My drink was delicious! Worth the wait!
