Wrong diagnosis once even though I said what it was, an unnecessary sick leave for a week until he noticed. The next time I wanted to go to a different doctor, I was then "taken away" by a completely different one. Conclusion: 2 weeks with inflammation at home without it getting better because no one really looked at it. Again in pain, only he was there, totally unfriendly and waited for almost an hour. Wanted to get a transfer, it wasn't signed, waited again for 23 minutes, no wonder you don't stay there after an accident at work if you have to wait that long in pain.

I've been sitting in the waiting room for 1.5 hours for a simple extension of a normal AU because my doctor is closed. I would be asked to come and listen again just to be on the safe side. So I also had an appointment. Countless people who came after me were there before me. And again. The girl at reception is happily talking on the phone without focusing on the essentials, while three other people are already waiting to register. What is this. 🙄 I can't recommend it. Ridiculous. I can't say anything about the treatment yet. By the way, you can't park either. So I'm paying the overpriced hospital parking garage for me to be left sitting here, literally ordered and not picked up. The doctor and her assistant, on the other hand, were very friendly and competent. Also tries very hard to provide good treatment.

Alles bestens. Nachtrag: ich möchte mich hier ausdrücklich bei H.Dr Herrmann bedanken. An Empathie nicht zu überbieten. Trotz seiner eigentlichen Nichtzuständigkeit gab er sein Bestes. Sofort Termin bei Chirurgie vereinbart in Selbstinitiative. Man konnte sehen das er es an meinen Augen abgelesen hat. Unerträgliche Schmerzen und schnellstmöglicher Handlungsbedarf. Solche Ärzte sind leider sehr sehr selten geworden. Auch auf das Personal möchte ich eingehen. Zuvorkommend, höflich,freundlich. Alles in allem: vielen herzlichen Dank 🙏

One star for the really nice practice and actually quite polite MFAs. I have now visited the practice three times and unfortunately I was more disappointed each time and will definitely not remain a patient there. At the first visit, in my subjective opinion, the so-called family doctor model was almost forced upon me. On the second visit, I was met by a completely annoyed doctor who didn't even think it was necessary to examine me when I told her that I had had a severe sore throat for a week and that I was worried that I had tonsillitis. On the third visit I was completely forgotten. After two hours, Dr Wolf took care of me for a harmless infection that only required antibiotic treatment. She was at least polite in her treatment. Still, I would have expected a simple “Sorry, something went really wrong today”! Maybe the practice is great in diabetology, but simple patients who expect normal services from a family doctor are completely in the wrong place here in my opinion.

I wanted to have a blood test done again after four years (claimed by the health insurance company every two years), but I was refused, “only possible in conjunction with a check-up” (claimed by the health insurance company every three years). The last time I was there, they tried to talk me into MVZ “membership” - what they didn't mention was that you forgo your free choice of doctor and have to pay for treatment from other doctors out of your own pocket.

I have been seeing Dr. for years. Wolf and her team with my entire family under family doctor treatment. I am completely satisfied with the service, friendliness, treatment and the quick appointment. I am particularly impressed by the treatment of my father-in-law as a diabetic. The whole team is very motivated, helpful and, above all, extremely patient towards older people. Of course, we sometimes had to wait because other patients had to be “shoved in”. But that's exactly what you expect from a good family doctor! That if I feel bad at short notice, that he is there for me and has time. Thank you for the good and trusting treatment over the years.

Rundum zufrieden! Bin nun auch schon ein paar Jahre bei Frau Dr. Wolf in regelmäßiger Behandlung und fühle mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre!

Präzise, termintreu. Allerdings: das hier ist ein MVZ (sehe ich tendenziell und grundsätzlich kritisch) mit dem Anspruch, jeden Patienten vom Hausarzt-Modell zu überzeugen. So werden gewünschte Medikamente von gewünschten Herstellern nur verschrieben, wenn Hausarzt-Modell akzeptiert wurde. Auf sowas lasse ich mich selbstverständlich nicht ein!

Ich bin erst seit kurzem Patientin dieser Praxis. Ich wurde ärztlich sehr gut beraten. Auch das gesamte Praxisteam ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann dieses Praxis nur weiterempfehlen.

I have been a constant patient of Dr. Dr.'s family practice for a year. Renard and colleagues and can only report positive things! My doctor proved to be helpful, open and competent right from the start! She immediately took my complaints and my suspicion of an autoimmune disease seriously and gave me every opportunity to make further appointments as quickly as possible, such as: B. Getting an MRI or a hospital placement. (on the same day, as a statutory health insurance patient) In addition, I really have the feeling that she knows me as a patient and responds individually to me and my needs and addresses my fears and complaints! I have also always found the medical assistants to be very reliable, friendly and positive, whether when making appointments by telephone or in person. The appointment is usually made very quickly, within 1-2 days, because my doctor also works at another location! The waiting times are totally acceptable with an appointment, i.e. H. Max 5-10 minutes rarely longer! My regular blood tests have always been quick and easy! The staff is well trained or provides training! (I'm happy to support that!) The blood results are usually available the next day by email or by post or on site (anyone as they wish) The doctor's office is generally very inviting, modern and bright. Barrier-free access with elevator and ramp. I find international expertise and no overcrowded waiting rooms to be very positive! All in all, deserves 5/5 stars! I would highly recommend the practice, the team, the staff and my doctor!

Nobody's answering the phone. I was treated stupidly and aggressively by xenophobic receptionists. They didn't help me with my acute illness, but instead let me down. But a doctor was helpful, otherwise there is chaos there.

I got it straight away during my ECG today. Everyone was super friendly and the practice is modern and very clean. Many thanks to Dr. Renard and team! 👍
