Visited twice so far and we simply love it. Sure the prices are not for everyone and also not for everyday, but the great service, wine and delicious food makes up for it. Will come back again

The dinner took 3 hours and 15 min to complete, and for 5 courses only, portions were not on par with the number of courses „you get a single small raviolo for a main course“ and the wine paring was not profound. On the other hand the food presentation was good but nothing new and the taste of the main ingredients was over powered by the use of dressings and seasoning. Part of the main course „a tenderloin beef stake“ was over cooked, it’s sad the didn’t even ask. Finally the bill had a mistake, really a shame!

The restaurant ambience is very nice, the employees are very friendly. Each dish is briefly explained at the entrance and the dishes arrive at a perfect time. Allmost all the taste creations of the individual dishes were very good and perfectly coordinated. (We did not like some of them) There was a small bread accompaniment with tasty, home-made butter. The dishes were fine dining, very attractively presented. We chose the 5-course option. The portion size was just right for us, there was nothing to complain about here either. All in all, definitely recommended, we had a very nice evening and the Weinklang, currently more than an insider tip without asking exorbitant prices, is a good choice in Nuremberg. The reservation was confirmed very quickly and we received the table we wanted. I would say you need to know it is a Gourmet Restaurant and shall not be expecting prices like a normal restaurant.

Pietanze ottime, servizio favoloso, cocktail e vino azzeccati. Prezzi adeguati alla qualita' del tutto. Uno dei migliori posti dove sia stato a Norimberga finora. Grazie a Thomas, chef, e Jordan, cameriere, per tutto. Edit following Feb '23 visit: wow, how can a place go so south in a matter of 7 months? Now you can only take a 4-course or 5-course menu for 85 or 95€/pp. We are speaking of a Michelin starred restaurant price, without the culinary research or even the quantity you usually get for a full tasting menu. The food wasn't bad, but the quality & quantity / price ratio was very far from where it should be, if you want to play in the fine dining field. A real pity given how much we liked this place only 7m ago.

Super service, atmosphere and food. The wine recommendation was very good! True that‘s a little expensive for Nuremberg, but totally worth it.

We went there with a group of four on a tuesday night, which wasn't very busiy. When we got there we were welcomed by a young enthusiastic team in a small but coszy restaurant. The waiter was very friendly and professional. The food came out quickly and tasted excellent. The bread that came with the starters was amazing like the breaded pulpo. Same goes for the rest. We didn't give them enough credit when we were there but we actually enjoyed our dinner a lot. Thank you for your effort guys and keep up the good work

Food was very nice and thoughtful made and the wine selection slim but made to go with the current menu. Three stars however because the bill we received at the end not only was higher than the prices on the menu, but when paying by card you are "made" to tip twice. Might just be a new procedure where the waiter was just not in the know. However the price should have been the ones in the menu or at least informed that there were any changes.

We’ve spent a highly pleasnt dinner at Weinklang, the waiters are very friendly and welcoming, always prepared to be at your service, knowledgable but yet subtle. The food was an A+ for us, the fish soup was one of the finest I had in years, the iberico was so tender and tasty, the vegetarian option with Maroni soup and fresh pasta…. It is certainly worth a visit if you are near Nuremberg, if they work a tad more on the presentation of the food, one Michelin star is something they will achieve in the next few years. The restaurant itself is very beautifully decorated, cozy and yet elegant. Could only be a bit warmer. When you book, make sure to mention not to sit at the two tables between door an toilet.

Nice fine dining location in Nuremberg. Great food (course menu) and an exceptional great service! We didn't have a lot of wines, but the ones we had were delicious and very well chosen by the sommelier. The two aperitifs we had were also very tasty and well chosen. Worth a visit if you're up for fine dining with your partner and or friends in a relaxed atmosphere.

I went to Norimberga to visit a friend, he suggested the Weinklang restaurant to spend our evening. First impact was brilliant, the restaurant looked very accomodating and clean, the waiter was very professional and suggested us as aperitif 2 cocktails, I choose the Negroni which is one of my favourite and it was made perfectly my friend had the Sardinian Mule which was a variant of the Moscow mule and it was also excellent. The menu is not so big but the quality of the food was impressive, we had as entree the king prawn served with tomatoes salad and gremolata sauce then we had the fregola sarda which is a typical pasta from Sardinia with sea bass and the free range chops ribs. Everything was on our expectations! To finish we had the lemon tart with almonds and white chocolate ganache with a dessert cocktail Espresso Martini … It was a very good experience, price is not even to high for the quality.

Amazing place and amazing food! If you want something special and really an unforgettable memory you need to go see for yourself.
