I
have
to
say
I
am
very
disappointed
with
Dr.
Pöschmann's
praxis.
At
first,
all
seemed
OK.
After
my
first
visit,
I
had
a
good
impression
of
the
doctor.
I
was
scheduled
for
surgery,
which
was
postponed
due
to
the
pandemic.
I
have
three
children,
and
my
husband
and
I
had
to
organize
in
advance
the
house
help
for
me
after
the
surgery.
All
was
prepared.
Closer
to
the
new
surgery
date,
my
insurance
asked
Dr.
Pöschmann
to
provide
some
additional
clarification
and
explanation.
It
turned
into
an
exchange
between
insurance
and
the
doctor's
office.
Somehow
I
also
got
involved
in
this
and
was
in
the
middle.
I
would
call
and
remind
the
office
to
send
the
papers
to
the
insurance.
They
would
say
yes,
all
OK.
I
would
call
them
again
after
three
days
and
ask
if
all
documents
were
sent
to
the
insurance.
They
would
tell,
"yes,
we
sent
them
yesterday."
"Why
only
yesterday,
when
the
documents
should
have
been
sent
a
few
days
earlier?"
I
thought
to
myself.
I
would
talk
to
the
doctor's
secretary
again
on
the
phone,
she
would
convey
a
message
to
me
from
the
doctor.
Regrettably,
the
required
information
from
the
doctor
did
not
reach
the
insurance,
and
the
surgery
was
canceled
twice
more.
It
was
very
frustrating
and
inconvenient
since
we
already
organized
help,
and
my
husband
had
to
rearrange
his
work
schedule.
I
also
hoped
to
expedite
all
the
paperwork
with
the
insurance
myself
and
asked
the
doctor's
office
to
provide
me
with
my
ultrasound
images.
They
agreed.
Now
more
than
two
months
later,
I
never
received
the
ultrasound
pictures!
I
also
asked,
and
they
promised
to
send
me
via
email
an
estimate
on
the
price
of
the
surgery
promptly.
They
never
did.
I
had
a
feeling
they
were
brushing
me
off
and
were
not
supportive
at
all.
The
doctor
became
irritated
and
decreed
that
I
have
to
change
my
insurance;
otherwise,
he
will
not
deal
with
me.
I
can
not
attest
to
the
surgical
ability
and
expertise
of
the
doctor.
I
never
got
a
chance
to
experience
his
work.
But
the
attitude
towards
me
and
my
situation,
in
my
opinion,
could
use
some
improvement.
In
reflection,
I
feel
it
was
not
a
caring
relationship
from
the
doctor's
side.
I
only
saw
Dr.
Pöschmann
twice.
During
our
initial
consultation,
then
another
time
for
about
two
minutes
when
I
had
to
come
so,
he
could
take
a
few
photographs
of
my
problem
for
the
insurance.
In
light
of
this,
I
was
surprised
by
his
latest
invoice.
In
the
invoice,
it
is
written
some:
consultations
by
minutes
and
"telephone
conversations.
It
is
a
strange
charge
since
I
only
talked
to
his
secretary.
The
invoice
for
the
initial
first
visit
was
already
taken
care
of.
It
makes
me
wonder
if
this
praxis
cares
more
about
money
than
their
patients.
In
the
end,
I
am
glad
it
did
not
work
out.
I
found
another
much
more
helpful
doctor
who
provided
the
insurance
with
all
the
necessary
information
and
quickly
got
their
approval
for
the
surgery.
He
was
very
attentive
to
my
needs.
Talked
to
me
extensively.
His
secretary
was
very
charming
and
professional.
This
doctor,
upon
my
request,
quickly
provided
me
with
the
breakdown
of
the
costs.
I
hope
this
information
might
be
helpful
to
those
who
seek
competent
medical
help.
