It's
a
very
good
Vietnamese
restaurant
in
Appenzell.
Who
would've
thought
you'll
find
a
very
decent
Vietnamese
restaurant
here
in
the
mountain
region
in
Switzerland,
but
I'm
glad
we
did--a
little
off
the
beaten
path.
Service
was
excellent.
A
young
waitperson
promptly
showed
up
at
our
street
side
table
and
start
talking
to
us.
After
finding
very
quickly
we
preferred
English
menu,
he
went
back
to
get
a
couple
of
them
for
us.
Drinks
orders
were
taken,
and
by
the
time
they
were
delivered
to
our
table,
we
were
ready
to
give
him
our
choices
of
food.
Food...my
Phở
Bò
was
very
good.
Beef
was
a
little
tougher
than
what
I'm
used
to
in
the
US,
but
I'm
used
to
well-done
beef
served
in
Germany.
Broth
may
have
not
been
the
best
I
ever
had,
but
it
was
still
very
good
and
tasty.
What
it's
translated
as
beef
balls
(meat
balls)
were
very
solid
and
had
a
good
flavor.
My
wife
enjoyed
her
vegetables
stir-fry
with
chicken
very
much.
It
was
a
very
delightful
dining
experience
in
this
quaint
Swiss
town
full
of
cheese
and
chocolates.
It
certainly
offered
a
very
good
alternate
choice
for
dining
experience.
