Absolutely horrible experience. Would not recommend whatsoever!! My wife has migraines and we’ve been thinking of checking it out because its been happening a lot lately. We thought, given the name, that this place would be an ideal one as it is only for headaches and migraines. We had an appointment at 10:00 with Dr. Agosti, who is supposedly the President and CEO. We arrived at 09:59, went in, received a form to fill out. We went upstairs to complete the form and returned, then the receptionist informs us that Dr. Agosti will be late between 30 minutes and 1 hour, and this is “normal” because he is always like this. 1. How on earth is that professional? We live in Switzerland, an appointment is an appointment. Had we arrived 30 minutes or 1 hour late to our appointment, there is no way he would have waited for us. 2. If this is normal, or their definition of normal, why were we given an appointment at 10:00? Why did no one inform us that there would be a long wait which they couldn’t even tell for how long? 3. We came extra from Aargau, it took us 45 minutes just to get there and it ended up being for absolutely nothing. Thats 1 and a half hour waisted because of complete unprofessionalism and disrespect. 4. The probably only good thing was that the COO tried to comfort us or find a solution, but with such a horrible staff (COO not included) we didn’t want to come again. Ever. Completely shocking.

The Kopfwehzentrum is the only place that really could help with my migraine head-aches! After years with other doctors, I finally got a therapy here that works! It did took several tries but they fought for me and I am happy to be a patient here!
