Really good "kuierplek", with a menu that caters for almost everyone. Average priced, good quality food. Service is good, great atmosphere. Highly recommended.

I was here, and I will keep coming until my vacation ends. I’m from Saudi Arabia, and I loved this place because of Chanel E. Her service was absolutely wonderful, truly amazing. I thank her so much—she’s incredibly kind. I won’t forget this day because of her; she’s so friendly.

We were on our way to Pretoria and just Googled a place to stop over for lunch. This was a good surprise! The restaurant was already quite full and we were greeted by the owner and served by friendly staff. Although the menu is in Afrikaans and with the help of the waitress and my very limited Afrikaans we ordered a traditional soup, ribs and a burger. The soup and ribs are highly recommended!

One of the worst burgers I have ever had in my life. The first burger, after asking for a medium cheese burger, was as raw as I have ever seen a patty and had no cheese on it. After sending it back, instead of replacing it, they regrilled the same patty that was picked apart to show how raw it was. They then added a thick piece of sliced cheese onto the burger AFTER the patty was regrilled. So the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. The beer is fine but will probably never eat food there again. Heard about this place from friends and finally visited it. Service great and the food was wonderful. The snails is the best I've ever had. My husband got lamb trotters and he really enjoyed it. The nachos is huge and delicious

Great place with nice food.

Food was amazing, plates were big and filling. Service is also on point and very attentive. Food took a little while to arrive, maybe because we were at a big table, but we were always with drinks during the wait. They also easily accommodate children, with some playgrounds or drawing material for. Definitely a good group experience.
