Wow. Had some fantastic food here. The presentation was matched only by the taste. We had a few dishes. But the sushi is supreme. Try the seared salmon. I will go back, even if it is just for that. Fishmonger is located in Centurion Gate, easy to overlook, but I recommend you put this one on your list

Definitely a hidden gem. The food was delicious and well presented. We had a bit of a wait for the starter but was well worth it. The asparagus was fresh and the prawn and hake fish cakes was great. Our mains was also good. Quiet venue, not too busy.

10/10 dining experience. They hosted us extremely well. The owners even welcomed us. The food was divine and the restaurant itself is very beautiful and inviting. Definitely coming back.

Best seafood in centurion. Absolute best. Perfect for seafood and sushi lovers. The freshest sushi I've ever had. This place is the only seafood place in centurion that's worth going to.

Covid restrictions were followed. A delicious and varied menu. Quiet venue. Staff friendly and efficient. Drinks were cold and did the trick. The atmosphere lacked something...there is no vibe...try some background music perhaps?

Best seafood I've had thus far in town, great selection of wine's, bubbly atmosphere with light's in the night and the waiters are well trained. I was happy with their service and will definitely come back.

The place is always very pleasant and kool. Never noisy. Even of the first visit, the manager will greet you like a good old friend. It is one of my best places around Centurion.

Beautiful classy restaurant with absolutely amazing vibe and delicious food. I enjoyed every single bite of my meal and the portions are nice and big, so it’s great value for your money. The only criticism I would give is the service, you wait quiet a long time to be served. Just to place the order took ages, waiters seem to be overwhelmed a bit. Even when it was time to get the bill, we struggled to get our waiter. Service needs some work.

Food was good, but after waiting almost 50 minutes for the food I suspect we might have been forgotten. Fears confirmed with my dish served almost cold. A discount was offered, but owner did not thought necessary to give a personal apology.

Nathan, the waiter, was truly amazing. He was courteous, and friendly. We did not feel like we waited long for our food. Our Sushi was fresh and probably the best we have had ever. The food was hot and delicious. No complaints from us. Thank you for spoiling us.

The staff were friendly and the service seemed good. We ordered takeaway sushi. The sushi was not that tasty and the rice tasted a bit sour with over ripe avo as well. The sushi was over priced and we also were missing two of the 4 salmon roses we ordered. Not going back.

Was a little bit disappointed..the waiters were a lil bit unfriendly nobody came to check or wait on us as even once. When we were eating to find out if all was well..our table was not set. No salt, tobacco, etc we had to ask again and again..you can do better than that..I had traveled from benoni just to have a meal in your place. Was disappointed

Jenny and I selected Fishmongers to celebrate her birthday. We arrived almost on time to find that the reservation we hade made with Shaun the previous day was not recorded. Hence the one star reduction, if the place had been at capacity we would not have been seated, not a good way to celebrate. Jenny had Sashimi and Prawn Nacional which she enjoyed thoroughly. I had chicken livers with extra heat and fillet rare. Both were tasty and good however whether Bheki, our server, or the kitchen got it wrong I ordered chips with the steak but got rice. With covid 19 spacing the atmosphere was pleasant and not to noisy. Enjoyed the evening, the two mishaps apart. Will return.

Food was a bit slow to come out the kitchen. But Prawn platter very tasty and surprisingly beef stir fry was delicious.

Beautiful place, great hospitality even better food. The only thing is that my steak was a bit overcooked. Otherwise the salmon and prawns are wonderful.

Two visits and the exact same experience. The food is fairly good and the owners are really hands on. The waiters, just like the owner, hardly pay attention to certain customers and small tables. Service isn't good at all!

Slow staff, bad service as if staff is untrained to serve people. Ordered a tomahawk steak but the restaurant doesn’t have steak knives? Then they try and borrow a knife from another place and by the time they get there my food is cold and when you complain it’s said I’m the only one who has had a bad experience trying to cut a large piece of steak with a normal knife. It’s my first and last time there would never recommend I anyone to go there. After giving 10 excuses before just appoligising for the situation.
