After waiting for 40 mins for my food, not only am I the lucky winner of cold food but half of my order is missing as well. This KFC is a disgrace, like the ANC fail to deliver I hope this email finds you well and I hope that the next customer willing to support this franchise won't be as disappointed as I am Regards

Mostly quiet and not too busy. When it comes to food quality, queuing, service and seating they are among the top branches in Pretoria. Recommended. 💪

Awful service... I'll stick to Rooihuiskraal. The other night they gave me 8 small dunked wings and 2 big ones. Only noticed when I got home, I was too hungry to take them back.

Don't waist your time using the drive thru, never works. Approx time in que today 20 minutes.

Still trying to cheat customers with the sugar tax excess on bottled drinks... Small amount per bottle but nevertheless they keep on trying their luck even after I had showed them their so-called mistakes, which I call straight out cheating their customers.

Ordered Strawberry Sundays and drinks with our food at drive through, they repeated our order to verify and when we got our order they gave us wrong drinks and got milkshake instead of the Sundays we ordered.

Great service, friendly staff. Sometimes when it is peak time you have a longer wait but overall great.

Always have to wait for our food in the parking lot after going through the drive through but the food was delivered hot and was still quite hot when getting home.

I buy here quite a lot and haven’t had any serious issues until today. I bought the All Star box and it was terrible, the bun was so stale it was falling apart when I grabbed it, the worst meal I’ve had from this KFC, their meals are usually fresh and tasty but this time around it was disappointing. A waste of my hard earned money.

On 29 Nov at 21:12. I went to the drive through. Firstly the lady at the order point got our order wrong 3 times, same lady at paypoint, when we got there, she again had order wrong, I got furious, went inside to place order. She is really incompetent. First face of KFC business is horrifying. Inside greet was pour, stock limited so ended up ordering only chicken peaces. Had to wait quite a while. Will never support this branch again.

Good food, boujee ambient vibe which is weird from KFC

I phoned at 16:35 to place an order, they clearly did not answer and not interested. Will go elsewhere!!

If you want to buy here . Be prepared to WAIT!!! The que is long and you always hear that phrase.... "Please can you park"🙄 . What is the point of having a drive through if you must park anyway? Would not recommend.👎

This is the 3 time I visited this KFC and never again. Firs time drive thru was very slow. Second time went in nobody at the counter in front. Waited 3 min and left. Tonight went for a Sunday Chocolate and they even mess this up. they did not put chocolate in but toffee. Anyway, do use this KFC you will be disappointed rather drive to one that you know will give you good service.

It's great, they fast even though it gets very busy around 12-13h30 but you won't wait to a point where you get annoyed.

I can't complain about the food, it is always hot and fresh 😋 but whenever I want to order a crusher or ice-cream, the machine is not working... during the hottest time of the day 😞

Only got half the food we ordered. Rsther go to another one.

I come here often for lunch, I visited at least 12 times now and 11/12 of those visits my order is wrong, I just ordered 4 items of which 3 items were wrong and I didn't even receive my drink. Absolutely S*** service.

Fresh and tasty. Gave me chilli salt extras without issues. I'll drive 2 minutes extra to come here just for the service

The service was a bit slow to be honest. But the food was prepared quickly and the food was delightful as always . Parking is also situated very good and close to tge entrance of the kfc. The drive through is also quick and reliable for a quick snack or dinner collection

Very fast service and the curbside pick up is absolutely amazing concept. Excellent!!

KFC is always q great meal. But lately the chips are dry and starchy. The wraps have become pitiful with more lettuce and sauce than chicken.

Hate coming to this kfc, service is terrable and thy skimp on portions, old ads still up then they refuse to honor the special. I only get takeaways twice a year then they ruin it for you

Drive through doesn't work properly?

Food still great. Covid makes it impossible to sit down and have a quick bite inside. Take a ways still great though.

Waited almost 40min to get service through drive through during peak time only to get 3 things wrong with our order (Drink flavor, missing spice and missing chips). I tried to phone directly after and no one picked up. Use the first order booth please, the close proximity of second booth and collection does not allow for a smooth flow of orders in drive through.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE. It shows it is on it's way but then they cancel it and you can only get your money back after 7 to 14 working days. KFC SUCKS !!!! Month later and still waiting for my payback !
