We
went
for
dinner
with
10
people
last
Sunday.
We
were
asked
in
advance
to
make
a
choice
between
the
Valentine's
menu
or
the
fixed
menu,
which
is
a
very
acceptable
and
common
way
of
working.
2
people
only
asked
for
1
course
because
they
could
no
longer
eat.
1
person
asked
for
a
light
menu.
And
at
the
last
minute
one
person
had
to
drop
out
due
to
illness.
It
was
spontaneously
proposed
to
offer
her
menu
as
"take
away".
Flexibility
is
certainly
one
of
their
advantages.
Another
plus
is
the
service:
gentleman
in
the
kitchen,
madam
does
the
service
and
it
runs
like
clockwork.
It
is
clear
that
they
have
trusted
each
other
blindly
for
years
and
have
been
attuned
to
each
other.
But
the
biggest
plus
was
the
fantastically
delicious
menu:
varied,
healthy,
with
color
and
a
lot
of
taste!
And
the
prize
was
the
final
windfall!
A
gem,
where
we
would
like
to
return.
