Very nice atmosphere, good food, decent prices, well placed. They have a "build a pizza" type pizza menu, where you can do whatever you like, not too expensive, and worth it. There's a pub, and decent coffee aswell.

Bar staff incredibly slow. We had to wait a long time each time we ordered drinks. They had two options which were baskets or pizzas but most of the basket ingredients were not available, so basically only pizza. When our pizzas arrived (about a 45min wait) they were ice cold. It wasn't a great experience all round but with a little attention to detail and better planning in terms of menu items and staff, it could be a whole lot better.

Quiet, comfortable, child friendly, excellent service, you can choose the ingredients on your pizza! Delicious!

In love with Raku Lounge! One of my favorite spots in witbank. Best pizza I’ve ever had and the prices are very reasonable. We paid about R230 for 2 huge pizzas and a drink each. It’s family friendly in the front, as well as a bar area at the back when going out with friends. Highly recommended 👌🍕🍻

It's a nice place to relax with a drink and have a pizza. Only thing that needs attention is the state of the condition of the toilets.

Ive been going to raku for years and its always been great, but went there in the week order some pizzas and boy it was kinda subpar not the greatest pizza they have ever made, the waiter was pushy for us to leave at 6pm, 6pm for a bar come on...

Raku has some good food, pizzas and baskets you can build for yourself. The service is average but is open often with long hours.

Amazing people, amazing pizza and amazing atmosphere. The kids enjoy themselves in the water and I enjoy the peace... this place is my ultimate favourite when visiting witbank

The atmosphere is plesant, but almost nothing we wanted to order was available. They need to step up as the quality has deteriorated significantly over the past year.
