I was there just before 10pm only to be told that they have closed for the day.... I am not happy at all and I will never ever spend my money there ever

I understand the renovations but the staff can be a little more friendly and accommodative. I got a sense that staff assisting me on the drive through orders was just too tired and not really interested in what I was saying. Had to asks if she hears me and a blunt yes was received. Train on customer service

I didn't have any joy going to this store. Spent over 30mins in there so called "drive thru". Ordered to very straight forward meals. The hot wigs meal 8 had no toast and the soul fire sources was not in the bag.

Problem is that they open at 09:00 am, but everything is perfect, can't complain....

Poor Service at Chicken Licken Saveways. I ordered the Fam Full House 8.***Original**. No CHIPS ON MY ORDER. And the cashier made us wait another 10-15 minutes cause they were still preparing the meat. When we arrived home the meat looked and tasted very off. Not fresh at all. I called the branch, no answer at all. Chicken Licken Saveways Poor services Delivery. I will never ever buy from this branch

It was nice, however our chicken was cold, fresh but cold. The ladies who are serving customers didnt wana give us a take-away for our left overs we had, had to carry it in the chips packet....

It's okay, I don't know whether they're still under construction or the drive through will be permanent, mainly because of the black net with signs on it, but other than that the food is good and service is okay.
