Busy busy Place got security main entrance Shops clean

Packed during festive season but it's very convenient for the community as it's centrally located it's easy access to public transportation

There's a range of shops where you can get your essentials such as Shoprite, Pep, Chicken liken, Nandos, Jet, Ackermans, Capitec bank, Old Mutual, Studio 88, Gogo, The Bed Shop, Nebank bank, FNB, Standard Bank & ABSA ATMS, The mall is always packed, so do kindly take a good care of your valuables.

Security must stops those vendors from peeing on the wall its stinking urine at parking lot at or next to boxer side, inside seems fine

Whenever you go here don't forget to grab some to eat cause there's a lot of fast food there.

Down Town Mall isn't a safe space for me and it's overcrowded. The ATM queues in this centre are often long. One of the downside includes having to pay to use the "restroom". Why can't shoppers ustilise the "restroom" just like in any other Malls? There are not many stores to shop from, however there's good customer services so far.

The traffic officers for municipal wrote me 2 traffic fines without leaving a copy on my windscreen, I only realized it when I received an sms that I am violating the law fine of R2000, can they give the officers some training regarding the fines please

It's a very busy place always full but it is convenient

The tills are not open all of them ,then I took so long to come out from the shop

Clean,welcoming it's just us who are careless especially when w have money, bottles broken everywhere.

It is more like complex, I love the service I received in the pharmacy. The Mall as whole is clean but quite small.

The guys begging right inside the mall, just as u leave the shops they are right by the door and the is no sign of even 1 security...

Too cramped and not safe, handbags are snapped easily especially on month ends and SASSA days

A great place to do shopping, sit down for a quick bite and there's a nearby taxi rank for long distance travellers

Being down town is always exciting due to environment and people around It a place to go especially if one needs environment with people

Its a very delicate complex its really not a mall but it has plenty of stores for one to go around

Don't come here on a month end and they could do better with their security...and their parking

Clean and the securities are always visible with more shopping options just the car parking Marshall's that needs to be sorted.

Not bad to shop for essential goods but be extra vigilant with cellphones, handbags and other personal belongings.

A quiet,clean business environment mixed with Residencial accomodation with all bank Atms and shops Supermarkets and clothing stores.

Malla mall makes you pay to use the restrooms. Place is way over crowded and pickpocketing is highly popular, you have to hide your phone and all belongings.

Good place I must say... Clean with less space.. But traffic officers are a kaka. Charged me 2k for offloading near KFC.
