We held a conference at the hotel. The staff were helpful with the setup and media support. The facilities are a little below par though, the hotel looks a little worn. Cleanliness in the bathroom can be improved.

It is a wonderful place.. the food 👌, the rooms, and the outdoor. Wow

Great place to stay for business travel, a few glitches with a rumbling pipes, aircon that stopped working during my visits, no extra blankets provided but otherwise no issues, always my home when in Witbank. An update of my review, i was booked here on the 31st of Aug'23 for work as usual and I have to say the place is becoming increasingly loud, other guests are screaming from the top of the lungs, total disregard for the rest of us, this went on and off for hours on end. I am in Witbank monthly for work and for September I have decided to go back to The Ridge because this is not it.

They must improve on food, we need different menus. It can't be a repeated menu for the rest of the week. Rooms are being renovated which is good.

Phew!! 😮‍💨 for a presidential room I woke up so tired. The bed had some lining that kept slipping in between the 2 single matresses combined to make a king size. My husband and 1 were literally sleeping on single beds, trying to get closer to each other meant sinking.😭😭 ordered a mix busket and everything was deep fried, with the same batter nogal😏

I love my room very much, it is comfortable and very spacious. It has a modest luxurious feel and so delicate. The bath tub is sleek, very stylish and modern. The work station is definitely my favorite 😊😋😂 ...Their food are very delicious, dinner, lunch and breakfast, everything nje...ooops, not forgetting desert😁. It is disability friendly and see most employees are young and active,always seeking to serve guest very well. Keep it up😉

No internet in the rooms, dodgy location although no incidents, a lot of traffic noise. Restaurant staff very helpful.

Worst place ever! We came for a buffet and there was no buffet. They lied to us. When ordering something to drink they have nothing in stock. No good service at all.

The service I received from the waiter was great,her name started with the G.. though I noticed that she was working under pressure alone while the manager ,dark lady was having a gossip with her friend and that caused the serving to be slow they didn't not assist her,resturant was packed. Lerato the receptionist was very welcoming . The hotel needs to renovate their rooms

Reception is warm and welcoming. They might need to be sales execs to Travel Agents. Kitchen is not bad, the buffet is so limited for people who are selective on what to eat (they are so forceful that one must eat from the buffet). Sometimes I just walk out. Breakfast chefs are somehow inconsiderate to people that don't eat meat - they don't clean the pan/plate. Eish! Hotel needs to think about installing shower doors because the splash of water has clearly affected the door - it is rotten. Water on the floor are a tripping hazard. WiFi is nonexistent in the rooms - is it indirect encouragement to work in the foyer?

At first i could not know which one is the hotel ,please the guard should direct us . The chef must be available at the buffet cang expect us to go looking .

Great for a 2 day stay. I would definitely not recommend it for more than a week. You will be given a mediocre treatment.

Rooms neat and food okay but in the morning the water was very cold to bath

Beautiful, spacious room on the top floor. No lift. There was no hot water in the morning due to capacity. Was not peaceful since there were large groups of people that was a bit too loud.

Fantastic atmosphere, good delicious food comfortable rooms, friendly staff, best location, great for private functions and affordable rates, menus.

I enjoyed my night But I did not like the fact that we paid twice for 1 room from last week Friday until today I'm waiting for my refund the only thing I get is"please give it one more day" until when....

All I can say is that , what a woooow. I had a wonderful time there and the service was out of this world. I would love to come back again soon

Didn't enjoy the experience even though staff were friendly and helped me change rooms when the room I was in had linen and towels =1* hotel. Housekeeping needs to be more careful.

Great stay, their food is always appetizing and delicious. Great conference facility 😃 Most of the time we hold our work conferences here when we meet at Nkangala district.
