I've attended a number of events in various venues within the establishment and I have to say I've never been disappointed, from the security personnel at the entrance to the receptionist and the chef. Irrespective of the season, the swimming pool is always clean and sparkling ✨️ 👌🏾.

Perhaps it's the room that we got that had an issue with the curtain rail. We waited for an iron till we changed outfits. The food took a bit long to prepare but was exquisite once we received it. The meat was just perfectly ✔️ 👍🏾 👌 Too many turns getting there, but the whole staff was simply 👏🏾

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We had just collected a 3 ton 4x4 truck with a trailer, and they made parking available for us with our very long vehicle. Dinner was great, very much worth checking in here just to try the chicken curry. Extremely friendly and efficient staff as well.

The service is so excellent, we were celebrating my nephew's birthday and the serv8ce is so outstanding and efficient. The employees are so friendly as well.

Spacious, cozy rooms. No mini fridge 😢. The bathroom glass door sounds like you are closing the prison cell door. it's heavy. The shower head was in an awkward position, and water hit the steel bar that supports the shower glass.

I received excellent service, the staff is friendly, the rooms are spotless clean, the breakfast was good

The service of the staff on duty and the other branch near was awesome, food as well and the atmosphere was quite and serenating.

From the moment we checked in, the front desk personnel was rude, the first dinner service we had wasn't as welcoming as supposed to. The breakfast chef lady was mean and some restaurant staff as well were mean and rude. But Mr Klaas and some other ladies made our stay very pleasant

It took a while to get us checked in. The light in the room is a bit dull, the mat is veeeeeeery dirty 😢

It's a beautiful place,spacious and it is not far from the center..i have both sleep in(leisure)and workshop(business)experience.its an ideal place to have work function like worshop,meetings and farewell,and u can also take ur family for an outing plus there is a great variety in terms of baffet.

We didn't have a booking we phoned while on the way to make provisional booking and the receptionist helped us in a friendly manner and she managed to arrange dinner for us, all was 100% she is such a star to this hotel thank very just I forgot her name

The hotel toilets do not have air fresheners and windows which is very bad and unreasonable. The hotel pool is very small yet the hotel accommodates a lot of people. The Elevators take time to take you to your destination. Some of the rooms don't have shower doors. The hotels don't have shower mats. The aircons don't work properly as well as the televisions. Breakfast service is slow.

This place is beautiful, has good parking, beautiful flowers, reception is beautiful and they are welcoming. I love how their staff works with people. They are very patient and gentle. The elevators are all working, stairs are also in a good condition. The place inside is very cool. Sofas are very clean. Arrangements of the rooms are very nice, bedroom has tv and sitting room has tv. And their rooms are very affordable. They also offer food, best food. Their kitchen is super lit. Their pool is very safe as is not deep even children at very to swim in there. I loved being in that place and I can go there a million times the opportunity can come my way. Their window ohh my God are big💓💓. The bathroom is very good. I can't stop writing 💓💓 I'm in love

Reservations not serious about client service. Receiving and Receptionist, am not satisfied, improvement is needed. Aircon was not working properly, Receptionist had to loan me a fan heater 😒 Food was👍 Security 👍

We had breakfast areange by DEL. I am deeply impressed as in deeply. The restaurant area is clean and tidy. I also enjoyed the the meal I had. Keep.it up and ANEW for ever!!!
