Their service is kind, friendly and willing to help; Their prices are fair. I have purchased items from them many times. Just always remember the golden rule... you get what you pay for. They have "not so good" items and they have "good" and they have "very good" items. The prices are not the same. But if (cheaper / fair) prices matter more than a "brand name", give them a visit. Also keep on mind that the "white (hard) plastic" items are always more prone to crack, and they are generally cheaper (for a reason). They also sell very nice crocery and other items; have a look. But never forget "the golden rule" ********************************** Wide arange of items and friendly service.

Good day my dear travelers… Let me tell you, I understand the closing times for the shop, but today I really needed something and was standing in front of The door. I beg them at the door that I only needed 1 thing urgently. They told me that the tills are already closed, but yet there were 3 people standing at the till. And I was the only one, it’s not that there was other people. I have always relied and support this shop but the disappointment for no compassion for a woman begging for for just 1 thing. So so sad :(

I went to Westpack this morning and I needed to buy a few different things, including stationary for the new school year, and I was pleasantly surprised to find all the stationary I needed in store and at affordable prices.

Carried a very wide selection of stuff used in the house. Well organized, and easy to find what one wants, or needs. Staff very helpful as well. Parking plentiful, and under the watchful eye of dedicated "watchers" on a raised platform.

I had such a lovely experience shopping at West Pack Lifestyle Emalahleni! The staff is hands on,polite, patient and willing to serve whole heartedly. I was helped with everything concerning my list and even got some advice on alternatives from the staff members. Exceptional service! Loved it! They truly have a heart for people❤️

I will give them 4 stars becouse for the first time ever I went there to buy ballons and the lady called candice seems like she doesn't want to help us or we bordering her. The other lady help us and as a customer i dont want to be her who assist me when i go there again. The rest of the staff they are awesome i dont want to lie thats why i was so surprised to get someone like her in that store.

Worst shop ever, this is not the first time I've had an insident with this manager, but surely the last time!!! Who the heck sells coathangers that don't fit onto a rail, and don't want to replace them, without a slip, but your barcode sticker is still on there!!! Pathetic, I didn't want a refund...only the items, in WORKING CONDITION THAT I PAID FOR!!!!
