You wait forever before being helped at the station where you take back items so they can get repaired, no one knows where the employee who's on duty is, whether their on break or loitering around, there always seems to be someone returning appliances for repairs or refunds, it's safe to say, if you love appliances, look elsewhere because appliances from this store always seem to have some sort of problem, not to mention the fact that it's they take forever to repair products, I took my laptop there on the twentieth of July 2021, to date I haven't received any word from them, I called them today to enquire about the laptop, a lady told me she'll call back at 12:30 because she was on lunch, it's 13:50 now, nex, they must have extended lunches or she simply forgot, either way, their appliances are like Kaizer Chiefs, they look good on paper, put them to use, dololo, I got a refund, which is pretty cool. I'm still not going purchasing anything ever again from this store, just to spare myself the hassle

Better than expected for a Game store. Some of the employees were rude though.

Terrible service. There was nobody in the appliance department. I walked around for over 20mins waiting to get help. Eventually a salesman came and just stood there and then offered assistance to another customer that came afterwards. I spoke to him when he was done and die to time run out requested him to call me the next day after 10am to conclude my purchases. A week later and I'm still waiting for the call.

Staff very rude and too lazy to help customers. Item advertising on special but when asking where to find it he claims the store don't sell it. Previously I want to purchase a gaming chair and staff refuses to box it for me because it was the last one in stock and on display

One star is too much... Shocking service, no express tills.. Took almost 30 minutes just to buy one water...

Not a bad place there just isn't ever good customer service most times you have to go looking for someone to help you.

Service was great. Game has changed for good. 2 to 3 personal helping you at a time. Fast and efficient. Great game good for you. Will come and shop again. The electronic department is up to its game. Awesome

Most shocking service l have ever come across, for 3 consecutive days, these so called AM HAPPY TO HELP stooges could not help me purchase a TV

Arrogant staff members. Had to wait for 1h13 mins for someone who was on lunch only to be told that I can’t be assisted as what I was looking for wasn’t available. In two words, I’d say Poor service .

Had a bit of a problem. Bought a washingmachine and rang up a dishwasher too. My card was declined though I know there was enough for the machine. Luckely the manager saw the problem and corrected it.

You can not shop when the shop open. The music speaker is so load you hear it until Dischem and over the mall music. If you ask for suffer they laugh in your face. It looks it's now a days a norm to have such load music in the shops
