First of all, I'm coming from outside and, before finding the place, I had to knock on the two doors that are visible, so in that sense, access is not easy at all. Then, having an appointment, I don't understand how they can make you wait in a small room, without ventilation and full of people in the circumstances in which we are. I have had to back away and go home in such a situation. Once home, I try again to make an appointment for another less busy time and after an hour of trying, I had to give up since I didn't get a response. In conclusion, I have not been able to go in but I do not plan to use this center again for any medical appointment.

In just one hour I had an appointment with the doctor, they took x-rays and gave me results and the doctor met me again to give the final diagnosis. I called to give an urgent notice, after speaking several times with the doctor, he told me that he cannot go to the home because there was no vehicle and I had to take a taxi (a conversation that, by the way, I have three witnesses and they were listening to it ) The fact is that when faced with an episode of brutal low blood sugar in an elderly person, the doctor has limited himself to wanting to resolve it over the phone. This week we are going to process the immediate cancellation as insured, in addition to putting the matter in the hands of my lawyer, they are incompetent.
