It's just OK. Difficult access by land, we had to traverse various dirt roads, a river crossing, steep descents of packed and loose sand, and rocks. Once there, the population is of about a 100 people spread throughout smaller beaches. Camping is possible, just beware of the tide. Coconuts might kill you, stay away from palm trees! Visit by sea instead, ask for Pedro to take you. It's dirty as of this review because the river overflowed.

We were on a 7 nights cruise on Carnival Panorama to the Mexican Rivieras. Pizota Beach was part of a shore excursion that we took in Puerto Vallarta. As part of a tour group of about 23 people, we got to the beach by a speedboat. It was a quiet beautiful sandy beach of a small fishing village. We had lunch and drinks (open bar) on the beach, swim, paddle boarding, and a peaceful walk. We liked it a lot.

Went here as the final part of a 6.5 hour excursion and enjoyed this semi private beach for 1.5 hours. Fine white sand, very remote and most enjoyable. The waves are rough!

This is always my favorite and keeps us coming back. but I like things most people dont go to Mexico for. Its quiet with nothing to do except watch whales and cook fish... ! Not much lodging and limited boat access. Dont try it on a rough day if you are fragile.

Remote beach, calm and not crowded. Need to take water taxi to reach it. Highly recommend.

This beach was one of the destinations during the Vallarta Adventures excursion "Sea Safari". Full meal provided here with limited adult & soft drinks.
