We were staying in the twin room (02.11-05.11). The room is small, but obviously nobody expected luxury for this price, but at least basic hygiene rules should be respected… The lobby is nice to chill and quite big. Though the rudeness of personnel is unbelievable. We ordered some food at the reception and when the price was different from the one on the menu, we wondered why it is so (which is logical, no ?), the lady got very rude and was showing us the attitude for some reason.

Good for a hostel. I had a private double room with its own bathroom. Everything was very small, so I wouldn't recommend this if you're not comfortable to share you space with someone else. The bathroom is tiny, and you can barely close the door when in use. I got a quiet room on a high floor. You can make this request when you book. No safe in the rooms. The breakfast is very basic, cold meat, cheese, bread some greens. The coffee is just okay. You need a token for breakfast every day, make sure you get it at check-in. Mine wasn't given so I was asked at breakfast to get one, or you are not allowed to eat. Note that your room will not be cleaned by housekeeping unless you ask for it. The guests are mainly youth and young adults, with a few older folk in between. They get quite rowdy in the lobby area at night, but luckily, I was far from the noise. What is great about this hostel is the location. In a quiet part of town and a few minutes walk from any bus station.

Wish it was half as good as it looks on the outside. Tiny beds, impossible to sleep without hitting places (I’m 5ft). Tiny bathrooms. The only way the 4 people room would hold 4 people is if everyone was lying down. I’ve seen sleeper trains that have more space. It’s hot, windows can’t be opened. So you lie in bed and sweat. Bedding is compulsory to rent but yet it’s not included in the room rent. Everything was malfunctioning. Even the doors to get in. A horrible experience. I’ve stayed in cheaper hostels that were so much nicer.

It's clean and the location is good but parking fees way too expensive. We found out, they have hidden Cameras in the room. ELevator not save but they have stairs! Some staff are very unfriendly! Staff interfering into private relationships. Quarantine guests and normal guests stay together here! We left and asked for refund. Receptionist asked for our Bank Account details, it will be send to our Bank Account he said. We never received our refund. You pay for towels extra, Receptionist charge high amount for his own wallet! Get always a receipt!

The view out of the windows is quite pretty. And honestly it would be a great place if it wouldn't be so dirty. They claimed that the rooms were disinfected. Which pretty much seemed like a huge lie. I tried putting on the bed sheets and a lot of trash fell out of the blanket itself, aswell as almost everything was quite dirty. I'm not expecting a 5 star hotel, but sanitary rooms would be really awesome without being afraid of catching bed bugs or anything else.

I was satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and I slept well for such a low price. Bathroom was clean and it had its own shower with hot water. The facilities at the reception area were good, I was able to sit at a large table and use my laptop and mobile phone. The backyard was nice too, several places where you could sit outside and relax.

More of a prison flair than a hotel flair. It is rather evident there is a stark lack of care or attention to the guests, in the service, design or maintenance of the hostel, which is far form being welcoming. As you can perhaps expect from a hotel chain that prides itself for being cheap, it has not much to offer other than its cheapness. There were a lot of and inconsiderate drunk guests slamming doors at night or being very loud from other rooms. The room and hotel in general are now well maintained, and feel rundown and neglected. The reception manager was very unfriendly and unhelpful. When complaining about the stench in my room she said she doesn't understand what I mean and that the housekeeper can open the window, and tried to blame and charge me for something instead of offering a solution. Seems like they are trying to find faults instead of offering service. The stench of course remained, and the housekeeper did not understand English or German well to be able to help with the stench issue, but I can only assume all of the rooms stink similarly. If you can spend a bit more, you would have a much more pleasant experience elsewhere.

Worst Hostel I’ve ever been to. First staff at reception were flirting with some girls and being super nice. When we go up they were super moody and lack customer service and respect. They tried to charge us for 3 beds when we only booked 2. They blamed Hostelworld and said we still need to pay for 3 beds even when we have confirmation saying 2 beds. After that was sorted they wanted us to buy linen for the beds. (Who travels half away cross the world with linen?) I guess most people will say they have their own bedding and use none. As we found out that the bedding and pillows were disgusting and a hygiene nightmare. We didn’t use them as we didn’t want to get ill. People in our room were super loud, doing coke, tuning the lights off and on again. Have to pay for towels. They turn up music super load. On their Hostelworld website they said free cover test was included. We didn’t get any. I would like to request comparison from our experience and for you to be aware that what you offered us was nowhere close to a hostel experience. More like a homeless shelter as we got homeless people walking into our room trying to sleep in ours beds.

This hostel is huge. The rooms were decently comfortable. It’s a hostel so you’re not going to get luxury but it does the job. I wish there was more security in terms of getting to the rooms and elevators. Seems very open as if anyone can walk where the rooms are. Other hostels I’ve been in make you swipe your card to get into hallways, elevators, entry, etc.

The room was absolutely unacceptable. I had a single room for 2 nights. The price was over 150€ per night which was way too much for what you're getting. The room was super super small, it had no closet, the bathroom was so small, when you had to use the toilet, half of your body was in the room. It was dirty too. There was no showering gel and they didn't care to refill. The only elevator wasn't working and the hygiene standard was very low. For that price you can get way better rooms in Berlin. I would never stay there again, I felt very uncomfortable.

My experience in this trip was absolutely horrible. The bed sheets were to small for the bed, the cables were visible and broken under/ next to the bed, ( also no electricity, so no light ) when you’re trying to charge your device to the plug heats up and almost starts burning. The Shower didn’t start after 10 minutes and the room is full of scratches.

The price says about this hostel. I was here for a night on a weekday, the check in process went smoothly, the reception clerk was very helpful and friendly. One problem occurred when I was going to go to my room, the door opener was broken (the battery was dead) so I had to wait for 10 minutes for them to change the batteries. The hotel room was okay, not as clean but clean enough. The toilet could be cleaner though. I would recommend this hostel for class trips or farewell parties or something like that. They have a lot of games to do in the hostel, the lobby is very big. I didn’t try any food here because it was just a drive through kind of stay, so I can’t say anything about it. I was staying when a lot of students are there, so it was pretty loud and crowded in the lobby. Overall, I can recommend this for young people that want to stay in a budget hostel but not for somebody who’s looking for some quality.

Almost 90 euro per night to stay in a private room that has no A/C and where the bathroom smells disgusting is quite overpriced for me... Also they claimed the rooms are disinfected but I could clearly see toothpaste leftovers in the sink. In addition the "big bed" is just 2 twin beds put together, the mattresses were too hard and the pillows too soft so I couldn't get much sleep. At least it was quiet and the breakfast offered gluten free cereal and bread, which is the only reason why I give it 2 stars instead of one. Oh btw the coffee was awful. I would not come back again.

Hostel nicely designed and insulated. Everything was pretty much clean unless the guys we were in the bedroom with were really gross. After throwing the string/panties abandoned on my bed it was fine. You should absolutely not go to this hostel without bed linen/renting the bed linen.

i expected the worse because of the reviews but it was actually pretty good!! some people need to keep the small amount of money you pay for a stay in mind like you can’t expect 5 stars hotel stuff. the people at the reception were nice, breakfast was decent. the hotelroom were clean and good for the price. it is small but it wasn‘t bad at all i can recommend this place! there are also always people around at the “bar” which makes it lively (but not loud). also they give free water bottles away at breakfast which is pretty cool

I was really worried after reading the reviews, and I have to say that some of them are true. It’s a very nice place to stay, with a comfortable lounge and lot of facilities, but the thing is : There’s a serious lack of cleanliness in the rooms! I stayed for 3 days and nobody came to change the bedsheets or clean the room, with people checking in and out every day - without knowing which bed to take because none were cleaned! After 3 days the room was very, very dirty

The receptionist was drunk, that she reserved me a room for Sunday and I wanted to stay overnight on Saturday. I paid the money, never got thing back and they are saying that I did not come at Sunday and so they should not pay back. Worst experience, it is better to stay at the park than this thing. Moreover, the drunk receptionist gave me the key of a room, I went to the room, I found stuff from other people. So, the room was occupied. And she told me you will get your money back!!!!!

Each bunk bed only has one locker, which causes issues if you travel alone. However, we did not even have a locker underneath our bed. Asked for one the first day and they said they would give us one, but never did. The next day they said every single bed is taken so there are no extras. My only option was to put valuables in a sage everyday, which requires waiting in a long line (as they only have one person working in the morning). Very unhappy as a locker is one of the bare necessities of a hostel.

Overall a good stay — exactly what you would expect out of a large hostel. We booked 2 beds in a shared room and were disappointed that we weren’t in the same bunk even though there were open beds in the room. The room was nice however the USB ports in the beds did not work and there was a window which did not close all the way. So the room was a bit cold and we could hear all the noises from the street. As far as cleanliness it was ok — there were towels and things left behind from guests that were no longer there. Location was a bit inconvenient, especially at night. About a 10 minute walk from a metro station and no close bus or tram stops. Restaurants and bars were also a 10-15 minute walk away. There are definitely better hostels in Berlin but if you are looking for a clean, cheap bed for a few nights then this works.

Nice hostel in a great location and with great facilities! Really appreciated the reception area with an area for seating, co-working, and a bar. Very friendly for young people! Bathrooms are very small though and there is a lot of noise at night of door slamming and people in other rooms (very thin walls). Not for light sleepers or people used to higher standards but expected in a hostel.

Very slow employees, taking way too much Time when not necessary. No food past 10/11pm, so if you’re hungry don’t count on thé bar for food. You have to make the bed yourself, they do not do it for you (the whole bed has to be made). We only had 2 toilet papers for 6 people, when we asked for a refill they refused to give us more, we had to tell them that it’s not enough so that they can give us more. They didn’t want to give us 6 key cards, we had to deal with 3 for the whole stay. When our last friend arrived thé second day, they told him that they couldn’t find thé réservation even though the five of us were already there, we had to show them every proof before they realized that they just didn’t check right. Very small and filthy kitchen with very few dishes (only one pot to deal with). It’s a nice place, good location, but too many inconvenients that made our stay less pleasant.

Otherwise the experience was good, the staff was friendly and location great. My room was a little bit tight in space, a bit dusty and the charging port by my bed didn't work. But still I would stay there again, because the price and location were great.

The check-in was not very friendly. We were asked to do Fast Check-in by reception & When we finished entering the details, The kiosk asked us to give keycard & it was empty. We were searching what to do and standing there to figure out. So I went to desk to ask for that. He said he will do it. It was not a nice gesture. He should have mentioned at first that we should come to him when kiosk asks to insert the card. Not make us stand there for a while to figure out. Its not a nice gesture.

As a female solo traveller, I would not recommend it. I can't chose an all women's room and ended up alone with a room full of men twice my age. I felt incredibly uncomfortable, and I was unable to sleep because of the non-stop talking and noise. No consideration for the others sleeping. In an other hostel I would have been given a solo room or at least been with other women. Plus there are no curtains on the bunk beds, so no privacy. Horrible stay.

Very small rooms and my and my room mates headphones were stolen from our bags. Went to reception for help and they couldn't do anything as house keeping "hadn't been in our room". Yet when we returned to our room. Our curtains were closed when we had intentionally left them open, and magically new toilet paper had appeared. Very annoyed. Wouldn't recommend.

  • 2/5 Denis H. 3 months ago on Google New
When I booked on the website, apparentky I was charged for a towel which I never got. Went to the reception and I was offered a towel for free if I 5star revies them (which is why the reply from AO is there), but it's far from five. I was in a shared room, the floor, bathroom and shower was cleaned only once during my 12day stay. Beds and pillows are very unclean, with the covers they give barely helping. Wanted to get a pirvate room at 3 am until check out at 10am but the staff couldnt be bothered as they said checkin starts at 3, when on the doors it says 24/7 checkin. Fire alarm went off twice, and ofc it was a fake alarm (once being at 5am). I just see no reason why I would ever book here again, and I never will. The only positive things were the cleaning ladies who were nice, but probably overworked and understaffed. It's not cheap for a hostel, and the other low reviews are there for a reason. Booked here thinking they had already figured everything out about the necessities of the business, but I guess it's just a company full of unsatisfied employeed, as was my stay there.

Absolutely horrible hostel. For one hostel world needs to change that linens are included because they absolutely aren’t. We learnt that first hand when we arrived. I was so baffled that we had to pay. The lady at the desk even suggested that people usually bring their own which is absurd. Who travels around with bed sheets. I know it’s a hostel so standards are a bit lower but cmon now. You couldn’t include sheets. When we got to our rooms there were old sheets on our bed and a mountain of dust. As we were mankind our beds the dust went everywhere and for the rest of my. Holiday my allergies were triggered. Bathroom was basically a table room in the wall and the room it self looked like a nice prison room. Avoid avoid avoid. Honestly just be kind to yourself and go somewhere nicer. Also the area wasn’t that great either.

It was a great experience. It's a well located hostel with amazing accommodation. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. This is one of the best hostels i have ever been in. The toilets also were very clean.

Whenever I come to berlin, I stay at this place. The rooms get cleaned every time someone checks out, so they remain mostly clean. The hostel is centrally located with several POI within walking distance. Their is a subway and a bus stop near by as well for the longer journeys. But the best part of staying at a&o is Luciano! He was always their to make sure everyone was helped and even helped me fix my glasses just so I can make it back home!

  • 2/5 Anna T. 5 months ago on Google
The whole experience was off. There were a lot of school kids running around and making noise. The room was very small and I was in a room with 3 men. That was not a diverse selection in my opinion and made me feel very uncomfortable. My laundry (pillow and a blanket) were on the floor. It was very dirty in the bathroom the dirt, dust and mold were everywhere. The shampoo and soap for hands were rather weird and smelled meh. The signs were not easy to understand, so I got confused couple of times where to go. They also have a contruction in front of the entrance which also made in confusing where to go in and out. As for me, I am overall not sutisfied with the stay, especially the room itself that definitely has to be taken better care.

  • 1/5 Jasmine C. 5 months ago on Google
Please DO NOT give this company any of your money. If I knew beforehand, I never would have, regardless of the “attractively low” prices. The reception was absolute chaos, they had one person working it on a seemingly very busy Saturday evening, with people everywhere in the lobby, felt like we walked into a casino, not a hostel, and then, the best part, they make you make your own bed. Completely. The whole thing, sheets to pillows to even putting the duvet cover on the blanket. What did I even pay for? The bed they gave us still had used blankets and sheets from the previous guest, along with every other bed, as if no cleaning crew has been in the room at all today for checkouts. Have stayed in plenty of hostels and this one has been the worst check in/service experience yet, and the company feels like nothing more than a money hungry corporation which has no care for its employees or guests. Please do not support.

  • 4/5 Darwin A. 7 months ago on Google
In general the service was quite good. It was really easy to book the room, easy to get to the place and easy to do the check out when leaving. The room was clean, the bar service was good, and even the breakfast service was awesome! I would suggest just one improvement for the check-in. It is available on the app, but you have to pay the tax online, otherwise you cannot finish the check-in. It would be much easier if you allowed the guests to do the check-in on the app, and choose an option to pay either in cash or online, so the check-in can be finished, and you don't have to fill out the form again physically. But in general, it was a very good experience.

  • 1/5 Emiliano G. 2 years ago on Google
Hostel could be a bit more clean, but the major thing was: room full of mosquitos. I asked for a solution on the reception and they recommended me to kill them (one by one) and close the window (which i never opened). If you are looking for a place to rest properly, it's not this one.

  • 4/5 Batuhan T. 8 months ago on Google
It is actually decent and clean place. I can't complain when I consider the prices. The room we stayed was small especially the bathroom was very tiny, reminds a bathroom of a van (or airplane toilets) But as I mentioned, it's more than ok for the budget. Just don't expect that much of comfort and focus on enjoying the city instead. The location is really good, clubs and central were walking distance away. The social area is well designed for those who want to socialize.

  • 3/5 Ciaran K. 6 months ago on Google
Lovely rooms, and quiet place in a perfect location near the city centre. However, on our last morning we looked out the window and everyone was evacuating the building with 3 fire engines quickly approaching the area. We left our room and walked to the main corridor a little walk away, only to discover the fire alarm was going off, just not working in our section, and neither in our rooms. Luckily a false alarm, however had it been a real fire in the middle of the night we would’ve had absolutely no idea, quite dangerous really.

This hostel is a good location and near public transport and around the corner from the well known Berlin club KitKatClub. The hostel is very big and the elevator is very slow. Toilet and shower quite small for a shared dorm and no extra toilets on the corridor. They also charge extra to rent sheets, who travels with their own bed sheets? This hostel does the job for a weekend in Berlin but could do with some improvements.

  • 1/5 Miepie b. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are extremely small, extremely hot. Our room was supposed to be cleaned but the dirty sheets were still on the bed when we came there. The outlets to charge our phones did not work (nope, not any of all four of them). There was a promise to fix them but nothing happend. Staff is super friendly though . The neighborhood is rough. Close to the hotel there's a building falling apart squatters are in there (which is fine) and there's barbered wire outside, together with a lot of trash. It doesn't feel super safe at night. Pretty expensive for just a bed in a 6 square meter room, that you share with three others.

  • 2/5 Larissa W. 2 years ago on Google
Honestly I can't give 3 stars. Sure, you can't expect too much of a hostel. But for the price you really get...little. The breakfast is very limited, better get your coffee somewhere else, I recommend. The rooms are very small, no space for a suitcase. But at least we had a shower and the location is quite nice

Very unprofessional management and staff. Rooms aren’t clean at all, i wish I could upload photo here so everyone can see the bathroom in room 1824. I asked the guy downstairs about locker and he said i will find one in the room but this so called locker is just a cage which you need to use your own lock to secure it, I don’t travel with a lock all the time. This is just another profit driven business, don’t spend your money here. Sleep somewhere else even on a floor at the airport would be more safer and cleaner than this awful place.

I understand that it's a hostel, but I've been in better hostels for less money. It's so noisy outside, the whole night, every night. Even when there are signs everywhere to avoid noise during 10pm-6am. Everyone, including the staff, seems to ignore it. When we came to the room, we had clean towels, but the room wasn't clean. The rooms are very small. It only fits a bed, with hard mattress and soft pillows, and a small bathroom. The check - in lines are very long. It is a big hostel, and I think there should be more than one employee be working at check-in and the bar at the same time. Staff was kinda nice. Not extremely friendly, but also not extremely grumpy. H BV

The standard has fallen by a lot in the past few years. The staff seemed stressed and the quality of service left a lot to desire. When our group asked for help finding a COVID-test center, we were just told to Google it, and the staff forgot to mention the free test in the backyard about 20m away. This has been our last of many stays here.

Location was central and room was clean, reception was efficient and helpful. It was extremely loud because there was a large group of young students in the same hall. The hotel tries to keep it quiet after 10 pm, but it's hard to sleep with doors constantly slamming and there is only so much security can do. Good place to stay, but if you want quiet look elsewhere.

Lovely stay. The entrance is really superb. It connects to an old building at the back where the lodging is. However, most time is spent in the front part where all the fun activities are located. Love the design of the hostel, super contemporary. Loved the stay.

It was a great hostel, very clean and well-decorated. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Lots of groups staying here so always someone to chat to and the reception/lounge area was very well furnished. The room was clean and comfortable. I would only mention the location, a little far from any shops but they are within walking distance so it's not too bad.

The family room is great with separate area for kids. Good compartition. It is minimalistic but it has everything one needs. The reception was nice and the breakfast had a lot of options. It is in the centre and affordable. It would be great though that a teacher family could afford a hotel but a (though very good) hostel.

Had a very good stay at this hostel, place is clean, spacious common area with coffee bar and plenty of space to work and hangout. Private room is spacious and mattress comfortable. The staff is pretty friendly and welcoming, especially the new guy that helped us with the checkout! The surrounding area is also a convenient, very close to some of the clubs in Berlin and metro station. Will come again

A&O Hostel is a budget-friendly accommodation option that offers good service, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Guests have appreciated the comfortable beds, modern bathrooms, and the overall cleanliness. The helpful and friendly staff are reportedly happy to assist with any queries or requests. The hostel's communal areas, such as the lounge and bar, have also been noted as great places to socialize and meet other travelers. Overall, A&O Hostel appears to be a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay with accommodating staff.

If any teachers read this, for goodness sake, look elsewhere. The place is a free for all. Groups getting drunk and having parties in rooms. Female staff and students feeling scared to come out of rooms. Arrived and half the rooms were not made up. Shower blocked. Stayed 3 nights and it was not sorted despite being reported on the first night. Wild West breakfast. Ran out of bowls, cutlery and milk at one stage. If you are a teenager and want to drink and stay up all night then this place is for you. If you are anyone else, look elsewhere. One star was far too generous.

It is a busy hostel in the city center (walking distance to most attraction), very friendly staff, decent breakfast and clean rooms. Good wifi! A bit loud in the evenings as young folks like to party on the ground floor. But overall - nice experience!

A&O Mitte is the place to stay when you visit Berlin. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Mudassir will make you feel like you're at home. Any hotel or hostel in Berlin would be lucky to have an employee like him. 5 stars.

Stayed here for two nights while travelling Berlin, had the best experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment was lovely, nice bar and served food also. The room was a good enough size for two people. Bed was lovely and big, comfortable also. The only downside was how small the bathroom was but other than that no complaints! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for affordable accommodation around the Berlin mitte area

I'm giving 3 stars cause the hotel had some issues, none of their washers or dryers worked, the front automatic door would just not open at times and you would have like 20 people waiting outside for someone to come from inside, out. Otherwise the rooms were quite nice, I liked their bunks. And I had a great bunch of roomies during my stay. Oh and staff were helpful as much as they could do. They were clearly overwhelmed. Next time I'll stay at another place but I'll keep this one in mind.

The hostel was fine for our group as we were there to sleep. The rooms were decent and clean and really what you pay for! For us the check in system was very complicated, we had 3 twins and arrived in different parties and were given different information to each group. At first being told we could pay by room which I did, then the second group being told that is wrong. The queues were also often bad and would take a long time. Our 3 rooms were also over the hostel and not near each other. The rooms themselves were clean however 2 rooms the bins weren’t emptied the whole time we were there- 5 days! Our room also ran out of shower gel that was not replaced. The bar itself was decent priced but normally only one person working so we queues for 20 minutes before being served! Also large school groups arrived at this time so was very loud and busy- maybe a bigger room is needed or somewhere for school groups when they arrive? The noise was annoying overnight meaning we had disturbed sleep but also it is a hostel so to be expected. On our check out date we were told we could leave bags in a room behind the desk which was really handy. However when we came back to pick them up the lady on checkout when I spoke to her about going to get them just waved us in which did not leave me feeling secure about leaving our belongings! All in all- you get what you pay for, it was decent for our visit and what we needed but some updates need doing.

Fine hostel in Mitte, close to lots of clubs and some good street food and small restaurants. We found it a little loud even in the private rooms. Bar/food service was pretty bad. Cold/uncooked food, drinks mixed badly. Could have just been put bartender that night. Hard to beat for the price as the rooms are good and it was cheap.

This was not a very pleasant stay. The room (I was in one for 8 people) was incredibly cramped with barely enough space to walk and minimal storage space. I was traveling with nothing but a backpack and it was barely enough. The room and especially the bathroom were not clean and we had to request sheets for the beds several times, before everyone had a complete set (mattress, blanket and pillow cover). Most of the power outlets didn’t work, and the room was incredibly stuffy because the windows cannot be opened. When we asked for a fan several staff members lied, saying there were none, until on the third day, we got one. On the upside, the location wasn’t bad, though it takes an approximately 20 minute commute to get near the city center.

The space was okay and definitely for students going on vacations or abroad because is the better low cost from other places and hostels. Other way we thought that it will be more cosy and not loud but he had both things. The room was confortable but small and they bother us in the morning for cleaning and we didn't ask for it, and still insist😔 it was close for the city center and has good access.

The staff was very friendly, room was neat and clean (within budget and economical for students in sharing or alone also.) Great morning view from the room windows. Overall experience was great🫡. Recommendation- Always book online and choose the option to pay at the reception, there are not so many options available if you go and check directly at the branch.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the A&O Hostel Mitte for 3 weeks and I must say, it was an experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly and accommodating staff who made my check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Their professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for what was to be a delightful stay. The hostel itself exudes a positive and vibrant atmosphere, making it a great place to meet fellow travelers and make new friends. The common areas are always buzzing with energy, yet there’s a sense of peace and tranquility when you retire to your room. Speaking of rooms, they were well-maintained and clean, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the rooms were spacious enough to move around freely. But what truly sets A&O Hostel Mitte apart is its commitment to ensuring that every guest has a good time. Whether it’s the staff going out of their way to assist you, or the various events organized to keep guests entertained, it’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. In conclusion, my stay at A&O Hostel Mitte was nothing short of fantastic. It’s a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and welcoming place to stay in Berlin. All in all, everything was good and I look forward to my next Visit

A really nice place to stay if you planning a short trip. Fast and comfortable are the most suitable adjectives for this hotel. Will come back again!

When I booked this hostel the lack of stars scared me a little, but then I looked at the comments and found that most of the negative comments were written in 2016, while the new comments were positive, so I took a chance. Now I am sitting in the hall of this hostel and I am very happy that I chose this. The hostel was renovated a few years ago, we found a quite neat and clean room, warm and attentive staff, in the hall you will find all kinds of space for both relaxation and entertainment, there are many young people, it is a very pleasant environment. The hostel is located in a beautiful place where we can walk to the city and famous clubs are nearby. Great recommendation from me for this hostel! 💛🚀
