I like IKEA products but ordering online from their website was a very bad experience!! I ordered all the furniture for my living room and bedroom and chose Sunday for delivery day as it was the only possible day I could receive it. Staff told me several times if I choose Sunday for delivery it would definitely be on Sunday, don’t worry. The confirmation email stated it would be on Sunday too. However ikea gave some of the packages to a delivery company that does NOT deliver on Sunday!!! It gave me a lot of headaches and caused me a great deal of trouble. Staff was unhelpful, treated me with contempt and made me feel like a troublesome customer. I spent a large amount of money in their online shop and that’s not what I expected. They didn’t even offer any kind of compensation for all the troubles they caused me. Very disappointed!

Quite nice and spacious. Nice collection and nice ideas for small rooms and flats. Good prices. Some are a little bit overpriced in my opinion, but most of them are in very reasonable prices. I recommend it. you must wear mask and have the card that you are vaccinated to order drinks inside, so be aware.

A bit sad that ikea is just not performing as usual. Missing forks and very limited softdrinks in restaurant, loos are smelly (crazy waterless system), lots of product missing from shelves. 😖

We bought a product that cost around 100k via online shopping and waiting for the shipment almost for 2 weeks. The shipping company they're working with is a scam and be careful with them because even IKEA won't care about it and you should wait forever. They lied twice about cant reaching us or we did not want the product and canceled it. We are still waiting... IKEA Hungary customer service is the worst. They are just ruining the company's reputation. Why do we have to suffer because of their unprofessionalism and incapability of providing their company service?

Easy access by highway,big outdoor parking place,very nice stuff with base level of english,storage for merchandise is part of the building. It is baby friendly shop. There are many exposed things for trying before you buy,i recommend this Ikea in Budapest,by my opinion is the best one there.

The biggest IKEA in Hungary, huge display space, and a big restaurant with delicious IKEA food :)

it's Ikea. prices for all, from poor to rich people. you cannot visit ikea and just buy one thing and it's impossible to stick to your list you made from home. quality of the product is according to the price. and the meatballs are ok.

Restaurant range at 4pm was little...3 main dish. No Swedish meatball 🤔 Store was empty...I mean there were lots of empty places and empty displays. I felt they wanna Close store soon 😀

Pretty good experience but delivery is a total mess. Been waiting for weeks and the staff handling my order is completely incompetent and doesn't care about the customer at all. My order contains a COMPLETE household so they should give it some attention. For now I'm forced to stay in a hotel

You should try the meatballs at the restaurant. Large range of goods and you can choose when you pay by card to choose the coin...forint or lei in my case. Many parking lot. Definitely will try again next time.

For me, comming from Romania on M5, the location is excellent. It is also good if you want to make a.short break on the way to Budapest. Large parking lot. Ikea restaurant is available. Also all Ikea producta could be gound here.

A guarantee worth nothing. The decor has come off on a record that is a few months old. As can be seen in the pictures, there is no trace of external influences. The glue is still fully visible. Thus a mistake in the lamination. An Ikea quality employee determined on site within 5 minutes that it was my own fault. Everyone can think for themselves what a 25-year guarantee is worth to you. Nothing. BTW. Thats Not the way I know ikea eg in Germany.

Regular IKEA with regular IKEA standards. This one is actually the largest IKEA store in Hungary. Love the place and would donate my kidney for their meatballs.

Always tasty, quality food for a good price. The restaurant is always clean, you can have your meal in a very good athmosphere. If you have Ikea Family card,which takes 2 minutes to create at certain counters, you can have free coffee or tea. Many times I just go there to have lunch.

Staff on phones rather than serving customers. Wardrobes out of stock for three months but no signage to say so. Very poor service.

We planned a kitchen at home. Visited the store to order the furniture and equipment. 1 hour queuing, after which staff helped us with details and organizing a technical survey. Surveyor comes, and tells us that installing already existing equipment voids the guaranty. New trip to the store, 1 hour queuing, staff contradicts the surveyor, guarantee is OK. We start rebuilding facilities, connections, etc, and I go in to confirm and pay for the order. Some elements are not in store, I say, OK, no problem, lets wait with the delivery untill everything is on site. They tell me it is not possible, I have to get all the missing pieces on-by-one as they arrive to the store. Sure! You can keep the rest of the furniture also then

Really nice IKEA and seemingly bigger than all others in Budapest. Bigger restaurant and little cafe also, although service was crazy slow with only one poor guy taking the orders, plus payment, plus making coffees, etc also. Madness at 12:30 when everybody is hungry and/or thirsty.
