There are so many sales people at this store. I asked if they match the price with other stores since I found the product I wanted online for 20% cheaper, but they talked around and did not do it for met. The depth and the variety of the products are very, but it feels weird to see so many sales people everywhere.

Interesting mix of two stores. Lower level is Uniqlo while the upper levels contained Bic stuff. There's a floor with massage chairs but they were all occupied when we visited.

Due Covid have not been here for while, but visit it back in last Sunday was really surprised of a such a bit Uniqlo outlet store to be in a very excellent condition. Here is as usual lots of stuff to consider and to buy. They went even further because offering Lego toys and even Uniqlo flowers! Diversification is what Uniqlo is doing now! We were after some clothes for our 3 years old daughter. Found everything we needed, bought and was happy! Self cashier is one of the new things we discovered this time. Paper bag are so environmentally friendly! The outlet store is very close to the station with a very easy to access location. Very recommended! There are lots of restaurants around so if you get tired after shopping, you can have a lunch if dinner nearby.

My favourite shop in Shinjuku among all those great Bic Camera retailers fleet all selling cameras/IT/Electronic gadgets/Sports + other all-that-jazz. It can rival their flagship shop in Akihabara, I believe. As a matter of fact, I’ve spent a lot of useful and wasteful money on Bic Camera since they were still a small player only in Ikebukuro many years back. I still return to the film camera and telescope corner here (3F?) in nostalgia and an urge of materialistic desire. Nonetheless, the virtues of this shop for me are: - Basically rarely overcrowded even in the heart of Shinjuku. You can take time and space for shopping. - The bicycle/cycle gear corner on B3F is very convenient and reasonable in an even calmer environment. - The authorized Apple shop/repair desk on B2F is also hassle-free unlike the hectic Apple Store Shinjuku nearby. - KEY’S CAFÉ on B1F by the underground entrance is, again, reasonable, neat location and somewhat pretty relaxing. The shop is run by Bic directly, so you can collect or use the Bic points here. There are surely more to it but I'll need to earn more money to further exploit this place and I'm hopeless about that.

Multistory store with very large product selection. Sometimes they don't have the latest or newest model (at least as regards earphones) but still they have a big selection. This location is often crowded as it is very central. Many of the staff don't speak English but they will usually go find someone who has basic English.

It's a huge shop and is basically a Big Camera and Uniqlo combined into one so makes shopping easier. However, when making payments you have to pay at the department where you picked up an item so be mindful of that. There's liquor shop as well and not too bad. Also, a toy department.

There is a stationery corner at B3F floor, which offers a variety of high quality and reasonable price stationery.

The gentleman staff at the air-conditioner section was so experienced and so knowledgeable and so extremely helpful!! He could see our problem from all angles and provide great advice, spending a lot of his time for us! That was truly admirable, even more so since in Japan they do not get any tips for being so truthful and helpful.

This place is crazy amazing. Each story had different items and selections, with tons of different brands and varieties to choose from. Every floor had pleasant surprises, and even when we were done buying things, it was still great to just walk around and look at how much stuff they had. The staff was very helpful, and was able to open cases and check us out immediately once asked. The prices were also surprisingly good, although they definitely had a lot of high-ticket items, if that's what you're looking for.

Went there to buy a couple of Seikos. They usually have all the season's models. They sell tax free and give an additional 5% discount if you use your Visa credit card.

As a first time visitor, this shop was incredible with so many varieties. I went across several sections they had. One of my travel associate purchased a memory foam pillow, very good quality. I also purchased a wireless headphones with noise cancellation. With passport in hand you can also fetch 10%tax off. Overall good experience here.

Terrible experience, walked around hopelessly alone trying to find a product, with a screenshot of what I was after. Tried to approach a staff member who unfortunately didn't speak English and received no assistance. Continued walking around aimlessly until I found what I was after to only be ignored by staff who were busy assisting locals and refusing to serve me. Cashier saved the day with friendly and helpful service. Not a great spot for tourists.

The co-located Uniqlo has closed. Still lots of stuff at Bic Camera although it does feel like the selection is a little less than pre-COVID. Quiet without the crowds.

Mainly the electronic store , has other things too food , beauty , toys , games , glasses and drinks , tax free and has great offers .

Great combination of Uniqlo and Bic Camera. You get stylish inexpensive clothes and Japanese electronics all in one place. It’s right at Shinjuku San-Chome across the street (and a bit down) from Isetan. Pretty good selection and inventory on the Uniqlo side and all kinds of electronics on the Bic Camera side. Pro tip: the massage chairs are a great way to relax after a long shopping trip.

Uniqlo on floor 1 to 3 and BIC Camera for the rest. A unique collaboration where all your shopping needs can be fulfilled in one location!

One of the reps in the store was super helpful with choosing a suit case for us. Good variety of goods as the store is huge and pretty competitive prices.
