Tornato a Tivoli,per la gita fuori porta,provo questa gelateria,cremolateria e budineria,cosi si definisce ed in effetti nn ha deluso le nostre aspettative,cosa che non è successo la scorsa settimana con il locale li vicino.Prendiamo,un gelato grande, un cremolato e una granita Sarda,senza parole,avrei voluto trovare un cavillo ,ma i prodotti mi hanno spiazzato.La titolare mi spiegava che preferisce proporre una granita vellutata e cremosa che la solita con pezzi di ghiaccio.Ci siamo congratulati con lei dopo si che ci ha fatto assaggiare anche una particolarità culinaria:il Budino al cioccolato olandese cremoso del sig.Bracchetti R.abbiamo chiesto se potevamo portarlo via e ce ne ha confezionato mezzo chilo.La titolare ormai prosegue da 90 anni la tradizione del sig.Bracchetti R.cosi ci raccontava.

Ottimi cannoli con ricotta fresca di pecora,trasparenza e genuinità dei vari prodotti,particolare che non ho sottovalutato,pochi come loro la curano con molta accortezza.
