Very poor access to the Metro which is approximately 1/2 a mile walk. Viva is huge and very spread out. Nice place but be prepared to walk and Walk and walk and walk

The supermarket is large and has a wide variety of goods, including groceries, bakery, butchery, clothing, household accessories, and appliances. But the options in each category are limited.

I like the store. It does have a lot to choose from. I would say my only complaint is the amount of people who come in at one time and the narrow opening into the store causes a lot of issues. Colombians love to be the center of attention so they don't pay attention to anyone or thing around them. Them blocking such a narrow entryway is nothing to them. Having conversations and blocking main isles can get on ones nerves. Which brings me to my previous statement. Having a larger opening to the store would benefit greatly.

A great hiper market in a huge shopping mall. You can find basically everything, from Western Union to a coworking space in it, cafes and restaurants.

Many products don’t have their respective prices listed. When you are at the checkout you are asked annoying questions. Unfortunately this is one of the better supermarket chains in Colombia.

I had a problem the other day getting my service dog into the store, they said I needed all his original papers but I only have photos of his papers but they wouldn't let me in. I went back yesterday without my service dog and spoke to the store manager and he agreed that the incident wouldn't happen again. To many people accept no for an answer but I know my rights & prevailed. Thanks to the manager he will instruct his staff on these managers.

You can find anything in this huge supermarket / store. Excellent. Good prices.

Wide variety store with everything from motorcycles to mushrooms. Home goods, clothing, appliance. Huge! Fresh produce and bakery products. I will definitely go back.

This is a mega supermarket. Think Walmart superstore but much more well kept. Shiny, spotless. Large produce section, separate pharmacy, and all the usuals aisles and departments you would expect. They too are out of hand sanitizer.

The have literally everything in this huge store. OK, not everything. No bread machines or counter top ice makers. But 18 different models of. blenders to choose from. Frozen Dim Sum! Can’t even find that a the pricy Carulla or Pricesmart (Colombian Costco)
