Worst customer service and really expensive. We had to pay double the amount than the price displayed in the tank. Poor packaging because my fishes were all dead when I reached home .

It is a big store with variety of fish, but I had a very unpleasant experience there. I was asking for bacteria to start up my tank and was given a wrong product even though I asked the staff member many times if it was the corrcct one. I believe she was just trying to sell their own product. Before leaving the store I asked another staff member if that is the relevant product and she said it was totally irrelevant, so I was given the right product, but instead of giving back the rest of payment, they just gave me a coupon even though I insisted on a refund. When I got back home and checked the price of the same product in other stores I realised that it was overpriced. I won't be coming back.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable and didn't just walk away. She helped with all my questions and further expanded her knowledge onto me.

Love this place! New owner is lovely, he has helped us with our amazing marine tank. Staff are all lovely and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As beginners in the marine game at the time, the staff here have spend lots of time explaining how to maintain our new tank. I find the shop to have a variety of live stock and well stocked shelves. I find the pricing very fair ,and most times, I find the coral costs extremely reasonable. I recommend this place for all your aquarium needs. Looking forward to see what new changes the new owner will be doing in the near future! My go to store, always!

Great range and knowledgeable team. I only have a tiny set up but I love it. Picked up some great plants and a snail. What was the best was the advice I was given on managing the environment in the tank. Very grateful for this. I had allowed algae to proliferate so the photo of my tank is missing driftwood whilst I divest them of the algae that was covering them. I spent about $64 on plants, $7.00 on a snail and $35 on a product to manage algae moving forward.

I cold called yesterday to find out if they do fish boarding. The lovely lady who picked up the call said they don't do fish boarding and suggested i could search online to find available services. I cold called them again as I needed some advice about automatic fish feeder. A gentleman received my phone call and was lovely to answer all my queries and recommended me a good automatic feeder even though I was not a purchasing one from them. I definitely look forward to visiting this store and their customer service and knowledge about aquarium products are excellent 👌

Always good quality stock here and even though I'm from the northern beaches the drive is worth it. The guys hooked me yesterday and pretty happy with the new Cichlid tank.

4.1 - Surprised at the amount of different Tanks and Fish displayed in this shop - they even have some empty tanks and a plant area!! The plants are rather expensive but it was nice to have a look but I just loved looking at all the different fish. I sent some prices to a friend who has huge fish tanks. It is apparently expensive though!

Best aquarium for Lidcombe/Parra by far. Always great stock and really really good prices. Don't waste your time driving out of area, because I have and I'm always driving back to get my goods here. Always walking in for water and walking out with coral.

I have spent over 4k in this amazing store and want to go back and spend more. I want to point out a few points on why 1. Amazing staff always make you feel welcome 2. Will always take their time to listen to you no matter how busy they are 3. Quality fish I have bought literally over 100 fish and only ever had 1 issue that was resolved asap 4. Staff actually care about their fish and know what they are talking about 5. A big thank you to Shannon would stay on the phone with me till all my amateur questions are answered no matter how painful it was for him There is many other reasons, do your self a favour and go to that store

This is one of the most stunning aquarium outlets I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and the customer service was perfect. We were served my a young man called Shannon who was extremely helpful. The fish are stunning and the tanks are very well maintained. Just a joy to have spent time in there today. I popped into the store last weekend to buy some new fish and was served by this lovely young girl by the name of Claire. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the huge range of aquatic life they had on offer at the store, I was very impressed! There was a very long line of customers and the poor girl had to serve everyone by herself (unsure of where the other staff were...) but would definitely recommend anyone to check it out, their prices seemed very reasonable compared to others I've seen.

Decent dry goods and hardware, often Slightly higher than average quality live stock (but definitely not always), but at between 25% and 400% higher prices on livestock than what you see at the average other retailer. DONT buy anything on the more specialised side from these guys as these are heavily overpriced without any of the extra care a dedicated specialist would know to provide. Always price check Before buying. Also they sell Moorish idols, that's just a decent indication that these guys care little for animal welfare. Don't buy Moorish idols people.....

This place is horrible. Came in to buy a product, asked staff if they price match and they confirmed they do. Went to the counter and the owner refused to price match because he wouldn't make enough money on the product. What kind of place picks and chooses what products they will price match. You ethier price match or you don't. Later I purchased a product and wanted to return it as it was extremely over priced. They refused to give me a cash refund instead pushed a voucher on me. When I had lost the voucher a week later and confirmed who served me they said they wouldn't honour the voucher unless I had a copy. Luckily I had found it. I've since used the voucher and will never be returning again. Staff are very rude and try to push fish that you cannot keep. Had my water tested and could see the water was not ready for use, staff told me it should be fine. Look elsewhere PLEASE!.

Huge range of fresh water tropical fish particular any kind of tetra or rainbow fish you want. Beautiful fresh water set up in store. There used to be a parrot up the back of the store who was very cute. Now there's budgies and cockatiels. Parking outside the shop, they share a foyer with Domayne. Staff are helpful, particularly Sam the man! Full of fish knowledge and gave us great advice on compatible tank mates. I love how they're the only people in five aquariums I know that stock emperor tetras. Oh and they stock a range of shrimps as well for those aquascape enthusiasts. Thanks Sam we'll visit again soon

Awesome place...I always come here to get all my aquarium needs... Reasonable price for the fishes.. Bit expensive for the filter maintenance accessories but they are of high quality stuffs... Friendly staffs ...nice atmosphere to shop... I would definitely recommend anyone to come here

Even though the store has lots of variety in fish, stock, and staff always helpful. I do feel they are understaffed and don't get time to look after the fish/tanks as much as they should. Multiple times, I've gone in and seen sick fish still for sale! On Sunday, there were two fish dead in one tank growing white fungus over them floating in the tank, and they were still selling the other fish out the exact same tank. Do better at looking after your fish, will not be buying from here nor returning. Staff seemed run of their feet with no time to do anything as so many customers.

I joined my friend to pick up some things for his aquarium and after talking to the staff was inspired to build some terrariums. A particular staff member, Shannon, was extremely helpful. Not only did he explain everything I needed he help me fill my terrariums with the right plants and gave me some tips and pointers.

Wow, such a big shop. A massive variety of fish to buy. Slightly less variety of tanks and accessories to buy, but still a fabulous store for an aquarium enthusiast.

They have the widest variety of tropical fish collections. Some of the species I could hardly find anywhere else. Even the common fishes like Bettas they have exotic varieties. A betta with some good Ottos and Lambchop/espei/ rasboras

Biggest Aquarium store in Sydney. Heaps of stuff and fishes from salt to freshwater species, looked after by great staff. They always happy to share their expertise and provide honest comment of the product. Recommended place to visit for nanotank or megatank supply 🦐🐠🐌
