Worst
experience
I’ve
ever
had
with
a
company.
After
ignoring
my
emails
and
tell
me
the
manager
was
on
break
or
away
every
time
I
called
their
locations
in
Redfern
and
Eveleigh,
I
had
no
choice
to
block
payments
as
they
would
not
allow
me
to
cancel
my
membership.
I
then
got
an
email
from
team@bodyfit
telling
me
they
would
cancel
it,
but
demanding
another
month
of
payments.
Immediately
after
that,
I
was
contacted
by
a
debt
collecting
service.
I
have
tried
to
contact
the
gym
head
office
to
inform
them
I
have
them
plenty
of
notice
about
cancelling,
but
their
staff
refused
to
pass
my
message
on.
I
have
been
ignored
and
now
face
a
battle
with
the
debt
collection
service.
The
service
is
bad,
the
team
does
not
care
about
the
customers,
and
they’ll
do
anything
for
a
dollar.
Worst
of
all,
reading
other
reviews
I
found
out
other
people
had
the
exact
same
issues.
This
gym
is
pathetic.
Do
not
get
a
membership
here.
I
have
been
made
so
anxious
and
angry
by
this
whole
experience.
Honestly,
they
should
be
ashamed
at
how
they
treat
their
customers.
