👍 The experience we had at OPA was overall okay. The service was fast and staff was nice. However, the Skepasti was a little bit tasteless and they could've thrown some more chips in there, for the asked price. Some beers are also more expensive in comparison with the local fares.

👍👍 Very comfortable place, the staff is professional and helpful. The food is delicious and the environment clean. Has tables/chairs both outside and inside. It is very useful and affordable for the area where it's positioned. Also they offer delivery service anywhere in Tirana. Highly recommend! 🔝
