😠 Es malisimo. Hay inquilinos fijos, y pasajeros. Funciona como una pensión, y hay gente muy mala, que toman mucho alcohol, sacan 15 botellas o más por día a la basura. También se drogan algunos. Y molestan bastante con la. Música fuerte y gritos. Parece una villa miseria. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.
