😠 They don't answer the phone and have horrible treatment. Never join this social work. The maternal plan is a lie, they even charge you for blood tests for control. They only have one pharmacy attached for medications. Very bad.

😐 Some things could be improved...the professionals are good but sometimes they miss shifts. They give very few shifts for physically able-bodied people, for example, which makes it difficult to care for a family with several children... And the treatment of the receptionists...very, very unfriendly.....
