😠 I needed to have an emergency exam and they told me to come another day before 7am to see if the doctor on duty would agree to authorize the study. It's unfortunate but I was never able to make use of the public health that I pay for with my taxes, everywhere it is a disaster.

😠 Terrible attention from the secretaries. They attend with arrogance and shift management is poor. They should say it's on a first-come, first-served basis and not a specific time. And to any question they respond with disdain.
