👍👍 Restore and Breath class by Jasmine on Friday night was just magic.Heated room with everything provided.Stretching with the breath loosing up my shoulders, hips, back and sides. Relaxing with lavender scent whilst Gong and Wind Chimes played. Great way to end my week with my besties there.
