😠 Absolutely disgraceful. Don't buy any electrical products from Myers. If anything goes wrong with them they tell you you have to take it back to the company e.g Panasonic/LG instead of replacing even within a 1 year warranty period. I would stick to jb hi fi, Harvey Norman or good guys.

😠 Saw a couple of yobbo kids stealing toys. The employees didn't seem to care, the alarm went off but nobody seemed bothered about it. Poor customer service as well.

😐 Big W has gone down with everything. Staff doing best they can and I do sympathizing with them. Quality of clothing is beyond a bad including fabrics and style, all look the same.

😠 The blonde girl behind the service counter on 19th October was aggressive and highly unprofessional. Over grabbing one extra item mid checkout. I hope she’s fired because if I were the store manager and witnessed it, I’d be appalled and embarrassed.
