🫤 I'm so sick of waiting on the phone for 20+ mins to make a booking. This has happened every single time (5+ times) I've rung Exact North Ipswich and Exact at the Uni. I don't have that kind of time during my work day to sit here on the phone trying to book in for my ultrasound. Unacceptable
