👍👍 This area is great for bird watching. In just one visit, I saw Pied Cormorants, Little Black Cormorants, Silver Gulls, White Ibises, and Butcherbirds. The highlight was a Superb Fairywren in bright blue breeding plumage.

👍 It's a wooden building designed to allow you to watch birds. Seems pretty well maintained, access is quite easy (only a few mins short walk from the car park) and is a nice spot to watch the black swans, ducks, morehens and other native feathered fauna floating about.

👍👍 Easy ten minute walk down but bit harder coming back. I'm 52 and I get up a sweat and have a few stops but still make it. It's steep though! Lots of wildlife and very peaceful too.
