Worst rated Medical diagnostic imaging centers in Brooklyn, Australia

😠 I had my first Ultrasound today ,the lady was so rude and made me feel like i was an inconvenience the entire time i was there! This was supposed to be a special moment for me and my partner and it was completely ruined by her poor service and bad customer skills.

🫤 For some reason this centre is now always closed when I get there: "closed due to unforeseen circumstances". I usually like the small centre, short queues, but for some reason it's never open even though its within the centre's usual business hours. Perplexing.

😠 Not overly impressed with the service given by reception last Friday. I had my appointment booked for 11.30am - A fetal growth scan, the only place in the world that's asked me to drink a litre of water prior to the scan after 20 weeks! She stressed the importance of being 10-15 minutes early. I wal...

😠 Don't come here. Completely overpriced and charging unethical prices. Ridiculous. Wasted my time here with terrible service from the reception and radiologist. Terrible customer communication - evident from other reviews as well.
