👍👍 Absolutely AMAZING udon soup. I got the vegan katsu soup and it's truly delicious. The texture of the katsu is remarkable. I add teriyaki sauce and chill powder to spice up the broth and remove the seaweed because I find it a little overpowering. Look forward to trying other stuff
