😠 Absolute nightmare to suspend membership. No acknowledgment of emails and still being charged full fees without hold, despite numerous phone conversations saying this would happen. The gym itself is great but the admin or accounting staff need to pull their heads out.

😠 Went there on 8/2/23 around 7am for a day pass/ trial and the 2 men at the front desk were super rude, I paid $20 for the day ( which is fine) but didn't even get asked if I've been there before or shown around. I had to ask one of their lovely members where the bathroom was. Will not return again....
