👍👍 The staff here is seriously next level friendly. I get what I need for my two Brussels Griffons here and their groomer Jessie is ace! And literally… the ENTIRE staff remembers us and always makes time to chat, give them a treat and any advice we need. Best pet store everrrrrr.

🫤 While the range of products were fine, we found the service to be terrible. The staff member that served us was incredibly rude to my husband before I came in the store. To be fair she wasn't that much more friendly towards me..

👍👍 Had one staff member dealing with someone else and still found the time to assist me . And at the checkout had a good laugh when I bought some crickets— I asked can I return them if they don’t eat them .
